A few interesting storylines for week 17. Edelman and Thielen getting to 1000 yards, hopefully. Green Bay beating Detroit, but Zenner having a big game. Denver knocking off the Raiders and KC winning the division and first round bye. Big game for Burkhead. Tom Brady securing all time single season TD to interception ratio by throwing 3 TDs and no picks. Should be an interesting day.

The Lions promoted receiver Jace Billingsley from the practice roster. Billingsley had a great preseason which earned him the spot on the practice squad. Billingsley is replacing Andre Roberts who did all the kick returning for the Lions and saw some snaps at receiver. The Lions are banged up at the receiver position so it's possible Billingsley could see some action returning kicks and at receiver.

It took until week 17 for Detroit to active Billignesly after being one of the best WRs during the preseason.

Jeremy Hill is officially inactive, so we'll see if Rex Burkhead gets to be the workhorse back, or whether Marvin X also gives a lot of snaps to living legends Cedric Peerman and Tra Carson.

Yes burkhead! He has looked great last two weeks.

Patriots looking good early on Brady awesome first up! Be good to see Matt Moore show he can hang with the best of them tonight!

Burkhead tearing it up. 4 carries/27 yds. He could of course get 100 yards with 3 1/2 quarters to play and I don't feel foolish suggesting it because hes probably not gonna share snaps with anyone since Hill is out. Feeling optimistic.

EDIT: Edelman 25 yds away from 1000 right now

Let's also cheer on Kirk Cousins, Ryan Kerrigan and the Redskins, to beat the Giants and nab that last playoff spot...

Also, let's hear it for Chad Greenway, in what may be his final game as a pro. Hopefully he sticks around a couple more years. If he does decide to hang them up, he'll do it with over 1100 tackles, 18 sacks, 11 INT, 8 FF, 11 FR, 2 TD, 2 pro bowl invites, and a 2nd team all-pro nod.

Dolphins still refuse to put Hull in the lineup..

Andrew Gachkar started the game for Dallas, made a beautiful open field tackle for a loss on the 2nd play of the game, and haven't seen him since....

I like the Redskins but would rather see both the Packers and Lions both make the playoffs. They play tonight and if Washington loses today, both Green Bay and Detroit would make the playoffs. I want to see Zach Zenner in the playoffs. He is a potential starting running back in the near future.

Kirk Cousins has had an outstanding year. If my memory is right he is 2nd in the nfl in passing yards and he has been top 5 most of the year. He deseres a huge contract.

Tony Romo in for Dallas in a meaningless game for the Cowboys, immediately throws a TD pass

Happy for Romo. He needs to go to another team next year if possible.

Rex is looking great. We really need him to break 100 yards today against a very good Ravens Defense.

Tom Brady is just amazing. 10 of 11 the last time I checked. I'm rooting for no interceptions so he can break
the nfl record for the fewest interceptions. Glad to see Hogan getting more involved. Edelman almost got in
a fight. I love the confidence of these guys They don't back down from anyone.

Really looking forward to the Packers vs Lions tonight. Must see tv!

Anyone just see Suh go at Andrews shove him over on encroachment pointlessly. Another example of the ***hole he is.

Burkhead has 10 rushes for 51 yards so far. Bengals are up 17 to 0.

This is fun to watch but I only wish some of these games were at different times. I
always feel like I missing something. Haha.

I'm excited for the nfl playoffs. I think the board is about to get alot busier very soon.

Michael Floyd has one of Brady's 2 TD passes so far (Martellus Bennett has the other), which is worrisome. I'm pretty sure Floyd's a free agent after the season so we'll see if he stays with New England or not. He's got some talent, and while Bill Belichick gives opportunities to White receivers, he also likes his black reclamation projects. Signing Floyd would mean the end of Amendola, and possibly also a reduced role for Chris Hogan with Malcolm Mitchell playing well at times.
