With the addition of LB Kiko Alonso, along with RB LeSean McCoy being traded, WR Jeremy Maclin a free agent, CB Cary Williams being cut, and QB Mark Sanchez a free agent, the Eagles currently have an alarming 28 white players on their 56-man roster (or exactly 50%)…

QB – Foles, Barkley, Kinne
WR –Cooper
TE – Celek, Ertz
OL – Barbre, Gardner, Graf, Johnson, Kelce, Kelly, Mathis, Molk, Tobin, Vandervelde
DL – Allen, Bair, Hart
LB – Barwin, Braman, Long, Alonso
DB – Maragos, Prosinski
ST – Dorenbos, Jones, Parkey

Hopefully, free agents such as LB Casey Matthews, TE James Casey, and WR Jeff Maehl will be re-signed and the upcoming draft will be favorable.

If so, could we see the NFL first “White Majority†53-man roster in 2015? It’s quite clear that Kelly is constructing a thug-free, team-first squad stocked with whites and high-character blacks. Assuming they don't draft a QB, it would be great to see Foles leading the offense into the playoffs.

Now that McCoy will be gone the Eagles will probably draft a running back.

Zack Zenner would be a good choice for them. Because he's white he'll be undervalued so he'll probably be available in the middle to late rounds.

Rabbiworld is painfully consistent when deriding White players:

Beat writer Jimmy Kempski has heard the Eagles believe Josh Huff has more upside than Jordan Matthews.

As rookies in 2013, Matthews impressed with 67-872-8 while Huff made a handful of bone-headed rookie mistakes on the way to a meager 8-98-0. However, Huff is Chip Kelly's pet project from Oregon and has a bit more versatility than Matthews, who currently profiles as only a slot receiver. With Jeremy Maclin leaving a wideout depth chart that lost DeSean Jackson just 12 months earlier, Huff will at least have an opportunity to make a leap on the outside. Ineffective Riley Cooper's snaps must be reduced.

Notice too that Huff seems to possess the almighty, magical upside.

Stephen A smith aka one of the biggest racists on the planet. So damn what if a coach wants a white roster. With a 70% black league its nice to see some coaches think outside the conventional way of doing things. Hopefully the eagles keep on adding more white talent to their roster.

The writer of the article does a fair job of rebutting Smiff's ridiculous racial tirade. One thing I noticed is that the writer mentions Kiko Alonso as "Latino". The definition of Latino is what, exactly?

This article provided two huge LOLs.

First, Ms. Smith tells us that the "brothers" in the street of Philadelphia are not happy with Chip.

Secondly, the writer of the article is talking race but uses "Latino" Kiko Alonso to defend Kelly as race neutral. Yes, the blue-eyed Alonso looks like the prototypical lettuce-picker which is what I'm sure the writer means when he says "Latino".

I feel stupider for reading Stephen A's jibba jabba and Michael David Smith's race ignorant nonsense.

The commenters who are thoroughly lambasting Smiff are being up-voted by a ratio of 50 to 1 compared to the thumbs down votes.

There's a vocal minority of common sense Americans on the internet, supported by a "silent majority" of non-posters. The question is, is the population as a whole anywhere this aware and as fed up with the endless race-baiting and double standards, or is this just a small sliver of internet users out of a sea of societal ignorance?

Believe me people are sick of it. Since joining this site I've met many people with similar views. Biggest problem is the fear that has been instilled in them by the msm to ever full heartedly recognize all the bull**** American society has become!

There are a lot more people who see all of it than we sometimes think. I tend to encounter three types: 1) the first is the sports fan who just can't quite get comfortable with the truth, though they see it. It's just an uncomfortable reality for them, and they would rather ignore it most of the time; 2) the person who sees it all quite clearly, but just isn't that big of a sports fan (which might be why they can see it); and 3) the person who sees it, gets it, and simply lacks the vocabulary and forum to express it. I noticed the Caste System many years before I knew what to call it. Having a lexicon really does make a difference. There's a lot of upside to it! They are out there. People saw Edelman, Amendola, and Gronk.

I’m glad that Smith made those comments, because everything said was absolutely true…

1. Kelly did engineer a roster featuring the highest percentage of whites. Unlike the Patriots, who are white-heavy on offense but have only two white defenders, the Eagles’ “whiteness†is balanced throughout offense (16 whites), defense (9 whites), and special teams (3 whites). There is no NFL roster like this and it isn’t even close.

2. In his two drafts, Kelly did select many whites (Lane Johnson, Zach Ertz, Matt Barkley, Joe Kruger, Taylor Hart, and Beau Allen) compared to the NFL average.

3. In three off-seasons, Kelly did sign countless white free agents: James Casey, Jason Phillips, Connor Barwin, Jeff Maehl, Brandon Bair, Will Murphy, Travis Long, David Ball, Chris Maragos, Chris Prosinski, Bryan Braman, Josh Andrews, Kevin Graf, Blake Annen, Kiki Alonso, etc. That’s more than most NFL teams sign in a decade…or two.

4. Kelly is attempting to “change the culture†of the Eagles. He rid the team of black thugs (DeSean Jackson, Cary Williams) and narcissistic, selfish players such as LeSean McCoy. Maclin never struck me as a bad guy, I just don’t believe they could afford to keep him.

5. When Smith says that “brothaz on da streetz uv Philli bee trippin,†I’m sure that’s completely accurate, too. Unlike whites, non-white always view the world through racial lenses. Do you know why? Because it’s completely natural to do so.

The proper response to Smiff should be, so what? There can't be an NFL team that is 50% White?

Mr. Smiff, does that mean Oakland and their black GM are racist because they field a 90% black team every year but finish in last place? Could that not show racial preference?

Funny part around the 3 minute mark. You know how everyone here knows that blacks believe there's a double standard when it comes to race, but it's actually against them ? A white guy like Riley Cooper can "get away" with saying the word "n*99*r" but a black guy can't get away with saying anything racist against White people. Yes they're insane and stupid enough to believe that. Well anyway that's what the former Eagles player and coach says, and that's all fine and dandy, but then he transitions to the subject of homosexuals being a protected group, and almost instantly the producer tells the anchor to change subjects. The black probably has no idea how the White or most likely Jewish producer just saved his ass. First off you're not allowed to say homosexual, you have to say gay, and even if you're black you can't commit on homosexual victimhood.

Bottom line, Kelly has to keep winning, which will make all this current stuff moot, just as it has with the Patriots. Kelly appears to the be the only head coach smart enough -- and maybe ballsy enough -- to try and emulate what has made the Patriots stand well above all other teams when it comes to consistent success (the Packers possibly also can be included with the Eagles).

The Eagles went 10-6 in Kelly's first two years, a nice turnaround from the mess he inherited from Fat Bastard. But now he has to keep winning or the current undercurrent of complaining will turn into a firestorm that will drive him out of Philly.

Just read that Sam Bradford of the Rams is going to traded to the Eagles, for Nick Foles.
Not official yet.

The report is that the Eagles will trade Foles, a second and a fourth for Bradford and a fifth. If this report is true it's a dumb trade.

Bradford never had a season close to Foles's 2013 season and Foles is younger. Both players have had injury issues but Bradford's have been worse.

I wouldn't trade Foles even up for Bradford and if anyone should be giving up draft picks it's the Rams.

Good to see that Smiff's anti-White stupidity hasn't gained legs, discrediting him (further) instead.

The Eagles just signed last season's leading rusher, DeMarco Murray of the Cowboys, to a 5-year $42 million deal. That should make the "brothers on the streets of Philly" a little less upset.

So back in 80' when the Cheese Steaks had roughly the same percentage of White players as this team does were guys doing headers off of the Ben Franklin Bridge heading into the season(note guys could have done this after the game due to the teams loss)?http://loveofthegameauctions.com/1980-philadelphia-eagles-team-photo-w-10-signature-lot2420.aspx

I would have liked to hear Stephen A tell us how the "brothers on the streets" would have felt if they signed mystery meat Ryan Matthews instead....that might have had the "brothers" confused if they should be angry or not.

Bradford for Foles is retarded. Unless you have a Blackhawks like defense the only way you are going to win big is with a smart, accurate, QB that can score more points then given up by your porous defense. Since Brady, Manning, Rodgers, and Brees are already taken the challenge is to grab the next few good ones. Indy got one but there aren't many left. Foles has a shot to be one of those guys. He played at a high level for a while. Bradford has had his moments but he's not going to be one of those guys.

It looks like Sanchez is going to get his 100th chance to lead a team, something that is wholly undeserved.

I hope the Eagles do well because they seem to be more fair to white players but they really sabotaged themselves by trading Nick Foles. Now they lack a proven quarterback.

Bradford can't stay on the field and Sanchez just isn't that good. Barkley has potential but is inexperienced.

Unless Bradford can suddenly start staying healthy they won't be going anywhere in the playoffs in 2015.

Chip Kelly seems to be doing a good job of building the Eagles into a team that fits his vision. His moves made sense and he seems to have had a good draft.

I think the Foles trade was a mistake and he overpaid for Maxwell at corner but otherwise his moves seem good.

I hope he does well because he's relatively white friendly.

Philly media already trying to derail the Tebow train saying he has looked awful in OTAs. In this case I would believe Kelly over some media stooge.
