Wisconsin in control late over Minnesota. In a down year and 4 freshman OL Badgers have 9 wins with chance at ten . Football fans from the cheese state have been spoiled over the last 20+ years.

Good for Spruuuuuce!!

Schobert had another great game 5 tackles , 1ff, 1int. The int should have been pick 6 if not for a lame targeting call ... McEvoy a pick and Caputo has played solid as usual. Erickson has a chance at NFL late rd /UDFA

I hope Ingold gets a bigger role in the run game next year as a sophomore. I would love to see Wisconsin finally have a featured white RB. Wisconsin is one of the best success stories against the caste system though and are a consistently good team. I still wonder why Bielema left such a great job.

I hope Erickson makes it. He is another solid WR that could easily contribute at the next level. With the college football season wrapping up in the next few weeks I am going to get to work on the draft stuff. Honestly, I feel their is going to be an uptick in white players that make teams next year - it will be interesting to see the combine invites and all the buzz.

Yea if Iowa loses it will be to the Spartans who beat the Buckeyes head to head. The only loss the Spartans have is due to a really bad call in that Nebraska game. I think Michigan St. would have the edge.\
I guess there's still too many unknowns as of right now...if Alabama wins the SEC Championship or not, if ND beats Stanford tonight or not, outcome of OU vs OSU tonight, etc.

Baylor lost to TCU last night, so they now have two loses and are probably out of contention.

I just hope Stanford wins tonight - that should put them back in the playoff conversation.

Tulane fires AA coach Curtis Johnson. I believe this was the guy that took over the program after the previously White-friendly coach was fired and made some comment to the effect that the team lacked "athletes" based only upon a simple "eye test" he did of the players.

So, he got himself some "real" athletes but it apparently that didn't work out so well for him...

LOL that is great. I only watched them once this year and that was last night when the black tulane QB threw two 4th quarter pick 6's to a couple of whiteys.

Stanford is off to a good start leading 7-0. It's going to be a very tight game. The Cardinals need to win the turnover battle and feed Christian if they are gonna win. Hope they can pull this one out. Either way they are in the Pac 12 Title Game next weekend against USC. With 2 wins maybe they sneak into the college playoff.

Stanford wins on last second field goal! Eat that Kelly! Enjoy the flight home with your "Irish" players.

Ha! Great finish!

What are Kevin Hogan's NFL prospects? Middle rounds maybe?

Great win for Stanford. Using McCaffrey as a decoy worked the whole game. However, it was maddening to watch him come out on 3rd downs and not convert - particularly on 3rd and 4 on their second to last drive. Also, to me it was a no-brainer to use the time-outs when ND had the ball in the Red Zone at the end. I can't think of one logical reason not to use your time outs then.

McCaffrey needs to have a huge game next week along with an Alabama loss to have a shot at the Heisman. Just a little over a week ago he was a 50 to 1 long shot. I put some money down one morning and by evening he was an 8 to 1 not so long shot. It doesn't look good now but what a difference one week can make.

I forgot that he was even a Senior until I saw him go through his Senior send-off during the pre-game.

I haven't heard much talk about his NFL prospects by the "analysts", but after the efficient and productive game he had tonight against a top ten team, making all of the type of throws you'll be required to make in the NFL, with the proper touch and accuracy, on national prime time TV, it probably helped him. I would guess middle rounds, maybe late 4th or 5th. His stock certainly rose tonight after that performance.

I have to agree with Heretic - probably a 4th-5th round prospect. The "experts" will knock him because of the hitch in his throwing motion.

Great win for the Stanford. God, its great watching college scholar athletes excel on the big stage. Next week, fingers crossed hope things go our way.

Jared Goff had a huge game in what may be his last collegiate appearance leading the Cal Bears in a huge comeback vs. Az. State. He was 30/51 542 yards with 5 tds.

Air Force RB Timothy McVey had a huge game in their loss to New Mexico - 12 carries for 105 yards with 2 TDs and 5 receptions 157 yards with 3 tds.

BYU WR Mitch Matthews had 6 receptions for 158 yards and 2 tds (should be drafted)

Mostly overooked Purdue WR Danny Anthrop had 9 catches for 96 yards after becoming an afterthought in the Purdue offense. He is another WR that should have a chance to be drafted.

Duke WR Max McCaffrey had 5 catches for 93 yards and 2 tds.

Wake Forest TE Cam Serigne had 5 catches for 135 yards and 1 td. He is only a sophomore - should have been a Mackey Award finalist. He will be one to watch going forward.
