Since '05, Baylor has started 6, 5, 9, 9, 10, 3, 6, 8 and 8 whites. In 2015 they are projected to start 6. It's a step in the wrong direction but they do have some decent depth.

QB Seth Russell is the third QB since the media's messiah RGknee was at Baylor. Florence and Petty put up better numbers than him - Petty fell to the fourth round although he had the biggest arm in the draft, was accurate and threw great deep balls - he was labeled a system QB. Petty's treatment is proof of the caste system. Florence was written off as just a product of the system while at Baylor and never sniffed the NFL.

Seth Russell is the next in line and should put up huge numbers - he should be a stud QB and light up the big 12's pourous defenses. He could be a heisman candidate with a big year. Behind him Baylor has landed a huge recruit in Jarret Stidham - a dual threat highly regarded QB.

OT Spencer Drango is one of the best left tackles in the country and should be a first round pick next year.

DT Beau Blackshear is underrated and gets no credit for the Baylor defensive line play. Hopefully he stays healthy, has a strong year and makes it to the next level.

An interesting player to watch who is currently buried on the depth chart is Colorado School of Mines Transfer RB Wyatt Schrepfer. I assume this kid is going to be getting some carries considering he transferred to Baylor from a smaller school. Looking forward to seeing him.

Players to watch include QB Jarret Stidham, WR Jacob Humber, WR Cole Edminston, RG Sean Muir, C Blake Blackmar, LT Tanner Thrift, TE Gus Penning, DT Andrew Morris, LB Harrison Miner, LB Kendall Ehrlich, NB Lee Bristow.

Offense
QB Seth Russell
WR Lynx Hawthorne
LT Spencer Drango
LG Blake Muir

Defense
DT Beay Blackshear
LB Grant Campbell

Nice little story out of Baylor: a former freshman All-American with a very African name transfers from Boise State after repeated infractions of the 'domestic abuse' persuasion. Baylor picks him up but holds him out for an extra year for no specific reason (turns out he "allegedly" raped another girl). Now, the defensive coordinator expects him back on the field next month... so long as he doesn't get a 20 year felony conviction next week.

This is a couple shades worse than the usual rot that infests college ball, in my opinion.

It's pretty pathetic how low these programs go to give these criminals 2nd/3rd/4th chances. He was found guilty this evening so hopefully he goes away for a long time.

I remember Florence saying he had no intention of being an NFL QB.

Yea you are right about that. I do not recall the same hype building him up though as for the gremlin even though he put up even more prolific numbers.

Also, Briles seems to be passing the buck on the bring the rapist to Baylor by blaming Chris Petersen who has since offered a rebuttal indicating he gave Briles a call and warned him about the african rapists violent tendencies.

Six months of jail time for the 6'4, 22 yr old "sophomore" for raping an 18 yr old white virgin. If Art Briles had turned away this violent, predatory fiend, it never would have happened. What donor could give one cent of their money to support this rotten regime?

Well said. If these so-called institutions of "higher learning" had any modicum of integrity, they'd mandate not only GPA & SAT entry criteria...but also an IQ test (for ALL students). Instead, the hypocrites throw the standards out the windows for these cretinous, thug afroletes.
