Since 2006 San Jose State has started 6, 3, 6, 6, 6 and 7 Whites. SJSU looks to start 10 whites this season. Head coach Mike MacIntyre has moved onto Colorado after turning around the Spartans. The depth chart does not look very promising for the Spartans who seem to have a disproportionate amount of Polys/Islanders.
The main reason to watch the Spartans this year is for David Fales. One of the top QBs in the nation, he should get drafted early next season after coming out of the JUCO ranks like a bat out of hell last season. I am looking forward to seeing if he can replicate last years success.
