This is what bothers me the most. Jordy has seen part time duty during most of his career in GB, and after his break-out 2011 season, we finally hoped for full-time duty last year, but injuries prevented that. Even this year, being heathy and by far the best WR on the team, I'm puzzled why Rodgers doesn't look at him more often. Last night, he didn't see a single target during GB's opening drive which lasted almost 7 min, until the TD throw in the redzone.

I fully agree, if Rodgers looked at Jordy the same way Stafford targets Johnson, their numbers would be very similar.

I agree, it's absurd how a player can be a clear top receiver in the NFL and rank 41st in targets. Nelson has 53 targets and 39 receptions for 649 yards. Johnson has 78 targets (4th in the NFL) and 47 receptions for 821 yards. The difference is Nelson gets 12.2 yards on average for every target while Johnson gets 10.5 yards/target.

It'll be interesting to see how Kellen Clemons plays. I've always believed he is a good QB, just that he was never given the proper opportunity. Well, I guess he's got his opportunity now. I didn't see the game last night, but the if stats are any indication, it looks like he did a pretty good job.

pick but the corner jenkins mistimed it. Even gruden said it should have been picked off. Of course the media is hush about his performance.

I was pissed that pass wasn't picked off. If it were Midget would have finished the game with less than 100 passing yards for sure.

I enjoy watching St Louis' Defense. Laurinaitis and Long are a joy to watch. Quinn is also a very good pass rusher he ended up with 3 sacks last night as well. I was disappointing I didn't see Giordano out there. One thing for sure is that both teams lack good wide receivers, its pretty friggin pathetic..

Seahawks produced 135 total yards last night, they were nearly tripled in yardage by the Rams but they still eeked out a win. Unreal.

And 80 of those yards were on a single play that the defender should have broken up except for his poor hand-eye coordination. Of course, if the d-back had made the play we wouldn't have had the thrill of watching Golden Tate engaging in infantile taunting to the point of almost stepping out of bounds while he was looking back and holding up the ball (a potential new version of the priceless dropping-the-ball-before-crossing-the-goal-line trick perhaps?)

Very true so what that would leave them with 55 yards? If not for one big play that was an absolute duck in the air by Wilson. Jenkins the CB totally misjudged it.

It's really depressing that not one team made any trades that are worth talking about. With all of the teams needing running backs yet Toby Gerhart is still stuck on the bench. Thank God he is out of there at the end of the season. I would love to see him go to either Indy, Denver or New England. I hope he is really smart and he ends up choosing a white friendly team. If not his career will be over with him being stuck with splinters in his a**.

Also it blows my mind that not one team wants Tebow. Even Phili would be a great option with Fole and Vick hurt. Barkley has struggled but at this point it would be really suprising for a team to sign him. This league really pisses me off. I still sometimes scratch my head as I ask myself why I invest so much time watchin & following a league that is so anti white!!

The sad thing is, Leonhard has barely been on the field, I forget how many games it has been. I think I saw him in for a few minutes against the Saints. It would have been a perfect opportunity for him to shine against a team, that had the opportunity to keep him this year but released him in favor of guys like Roman Harper and Malcolm Jenkins, who can't cover, and also can't tackle. Harper got publicity because he was good blitzing in 2009 and had a bunch of sacks for a db, thats about it.

As much as a Gerhart trade makes sense, he is in his last year of his contract and is of course a White runningback. Teams figure they can just pick him up next year without trading. They are getting by with scrubs. It is a passing league but a running game really helps in the post season so it is going to hurt some teams down the line. I don't think you need a future hall of famer but you need someone that can move the chains. Thats why the Giants have been winning. Hillis may not look like his 2010 form, but, really when you think about it, he doesn't need to be his 2010 form. He was averaging 4+ ypc without one run over 9 yards. Then it went lower after running out the clock for the entire 4th quarter but he was still effective. That is all you need, consistently moving the chains. Backs are putting up low ypc like 3.5 which would be a first down every 3 carries but have a long of like 20something and might have a couple of 9 and 10 yard carries on 1st/2nd/3rd and 20 after a penalty.

It should be apparent even dwfs thats why there should be more White backs in the league because most can catch/block and average a respectable ypc without needing to break off a long run, although many will if they get into a rhythm like blacks are allowed to do. Even if they don't think White backs are as "athletic" as blacks they should realize this.

what I don't understand about NFL stats is that sacks are never accounted for against a qb in his personal stats. In college it goes against rushing, many think it goes against a qbs passing stats in the pros but it just goes against the "team" passing stats, not the qb.
