Idaho is an overwhelmingly White school in an overwhelmingly White state, but they play a majority of non-white starters. This team makes little use of the White talent that exists in and around Idaho like Boise State does. They make use of the poly pipeline that western teams increasingly use, and they load up on out of region blacks. Since '05, they have started 13, 13, 9, 8, 9, 8 and 6 Whites. What a disgrace that this team keeps getting even darker.

Some White backups on the roster include QB Taylor Davis, WR Daniel Micheletti, TE Claytom Homme, DE Justin Green, Jesse Davis, and Marius Burgsmueller, NGs Aaron Lazaro and Ryan Edwards, SLB Matthew Willis, MLBs Nik Landdeck and Corey Sandberg, FS Chance Smith and CB Brennett Rodseth.

Offense
LT Spencer Beale
C Mike Marboe
RG Jordan Johnson

Defense
SLB Conrad Scheidt

Wow, this team is a disgrace to the state of Idaho. With always half-white Boise State advancing up the college football ranks so fast, hitting BCS status next year, you'd think Idaho would try to copy them. Instead, they go in the opposite direction, and as a result, they suck even worse than before.

This isn't as a result of Dennis Erickson's year of recruiting there anymore. This is a result of Rob Ackey being a complete caste tool, squandering all those white players that helped Idaho win that bowl game a couple years ago. I hope he remembers that bowl win, because it will be his last in quite a while.

This coal black mess will be lucky to win more than four games, even playing in the watered-down half-dead WAC. Some Idaho games that should be "interesting" include a possible Week One loss to FCS Eastern Washington, a trip to LSU (we have the same racial make-up, why are we losing by 50?) and a caste match against BYU. I wonder if there's anyone in Idaho that's actually excited about this team. Maybe a few and even that is sad.

Idaho's Caste clown coach Robb Akey was fired this week with the team at 1-7. His career mark while systematically blackening the program was a pathetic 20-50.

A look at Akey's Wikipedia entry reveals that he was an All Big Sky conference selection as a defensive end at Weber State, ending up as their career sacks leader. But he obviously bought into the CM agenda of black racial supremacy in athleticism. Good riddance.

Those type of guys are always the worse. You would think he would have a soft spot for other "blue collar" white kids like he once was. Idaho has a completely inept team and they've been pretty bad for a while.

Running a D1 football program is not easy but I honestly think there are a lot of knowledgeable posters on this site, who could would do a tremendous job recruiting and developing players other programs choose to systematically ignore.

This also tells me that he had strong support to take the program in this direction from the AD and others in the athletic (or affletic) department. It takes several years to accumulate that bad of a record and to let it go on that long leads me to believe all of them were counting on unlimited "upside" to get them to the promised land, but it never materialized, no matter how many jock-sniffing sessions they had together. But, finally, someone had to take the blame for it, so the coach was sent packing, although the general philosophy of the AD probably remains the same. They will most likely assume the miserable failures of the program are somehow due to the coaching and their new quest will be to find a coach that can "relate" to their recruits...along with another 6-7 years of futility.

I wonder how many 1, 2, and maybe even 3-star White recruits were completely bypassed during this coaches' reign of racial purging (of White players) in this unholy quest. Karma in action and hopefully (but not likely) a lesson to other coaches thinking of going down the same dark path.

I'm sure that the new coach can simply go to a few sites like this one: http://www.idahosports.com/Schools/Stats/TopAthletes/ to find some quality home-grown (white) players. But I'm sure they just look at Rivals or Scouts and get the bottom-of-the-barrel blacks that are bypassed by the larger programs, but since they're black, they MUST be better than any of these crackers.

I played for Idaho(early 90s). Program has been terrible for over 10 years now. Biggest problem is lack of committment from the administration.

One of the reasons why I don't follow my alma matter that much anymore. I gave up on the fact that they recuit almost exclusively black kids that BARELY have any athletic ability and are rejects from Cali(that barely are being recuited by big sky programs). They are a lot of good athletic white kids that get overlooked-unfortuantley. I have been folllowing the progame since I played in the early 90s. Any questions about the school or team, let me know.

If you look at their roster, they have a lot of California players, as well as from Hawaii. Any good black player in California is not going to pick Idaho over schools like USC, Cal, UCLA. They are only getting the 3rd rate blacks from California and not recruiting local white kids. No wonder they aren't winning. Boise State has made their name playing local kids, while Idaho doesn't give them a look.

exactly! I'm a former Cali athlete, was recruited by Cal, but grades were a issue(had a learning disability and never applied myself, all sports and girls, huuge regret). I will say that Idaho does have some good white athletes, but many are not 1A caliber, but Idaho should defiantly learn from Boise's success.
