ToughJ.Riggins,

"As disgusted as I am with Vick's dog fighting operation, he put in his time in prison and has stayed out of trouble so far. If he is indeed a sociopath he isn't behaving like it this year."

Hi Tough. Agreed, but thing with blacks is they aren't in control of themselves. At some point, Vick'll come apart. The only unknown factor is just what it is he'll do. It could be anything ranging from sticking up a liquor store and pistol whiping the clerk, to rape to arson or anything else under the sun. It's just all a matter of time. This football thing is just a waystation for blacks. Their real "careers" will click in at any given moment. Sometimes, during their playing days, sometimes later.

Vick is going to screw up sooner or later. There is no doubt in my mind about that. Whether it happens this season or two seasons from now remains to be seen.

Long weekend of football. On the bright side, it is great that we have Gerhart, Hillis and Woodhead to watch every week. It can also be frustrating.

Gerhart: It was a pleasant surprise to see Gerhart starting last night. However, he didn't have two carries before the "he's not explosive" mantra started. Jaws and Tirico must have gone over that point in their pregame notes. This is an absolute RACIST statement, totally unsupported by facts. His high school and college career were explosive. His combine numbers were EXPLOSIVE. Then Jaws criticized Gerhart for "running too high in the hole" after Gerhart had to leap a defender in the backfield and was still in the air when he was met in the hole.

There is no reason Gerhart can't be a multi-year 1000+ yard feature back in this league, period. Hopefully he has the mental toughness to survive the caste bullsh*t, racist teammates and coaches, and horrible offensive line play of Minnesota.

The other ridiculous part of the MNF game was the effusive praise of Joe Webb's amazing and delightful personality. The only thing they forgot to compliment was Webb's "room brightening smile".

I was really jacked up for the MNF game when it came on. I thought that it would be a loser of a game but the snow, Favre's unexpected start, and even more unexpected start by Gerhart, really made the game watchable. The first drive was awesome and then.....WTF? That game went to hell in a hurry. Favre hurt, the Vikings special teams and defense disappeared and the weather got worse. Gerhart disappeared as the game got out of hand and then fumbled on top of that. geez

And the Minnesota front office should be sued for criminal malfeasence for having both Tavarius Jackson and Joe Webb on the roster. One awful black quarterback is one thing, but two?? The drop off in production when Favre is out is ridiculous and no team should ever have that situation.

The Vikes are a pure inmates run the asylum outfit. I'm gonna point the finger at that Shanko and that fat puke on the DL as the lead lawyers on that awful outfit. I'm sure last night after a Toby carry the camera panned in on Shanko that he was having a fit about running the ball. My guess is that the owner is a reform liberal jew who believes his own propaganda about being god's representative on Earth, and being patronizing to "affletes" is a highly respected and sought after cultural ambition within his community. In conclusion, the Vikes are gonna suck till the owner runs out of cash (see the Redskins).

What's nice about this weekend is that 1 in every 4 games featured a team where the leading rusher was white (Tebow included), including both national games. Peyton Hillis, Toby Gerhart, Jacob Hester, Brian Leonard, Danny Woodhead, and John Kuhn all took carries this weekend. While is far from what would happen in a fair world, it's a huge trend up from where things were even a year ago. With other potential NFL RBs coming up in college like Wegher, Burkhead, Line, McGuffie, DiLuigi, etc. things are looking up.

Remember that back in the 30s and 40s I believe there was a 15 year period where no white boxers won a heavyweight title. Now look at it. The conventional wisdom is that once something "goes black it never goes back," whether that's neighborhoods, institutions, mudsharks, or various sports. History has provided us with a great example that this isn't true with boxing, and we are witnessing another one with the return of white running backs in the NFL, slowly but surely.

Don't discount the fact that with white RBs being featured in the NFL that white kids will start playing RB in increasing numbers. So many have been log jammed in other positions and in sports with no real chance at professional success. With seeing Gerhart, Hillis, Woodhead and others I think you'll start seeing a shift.

I think things may also change with the belief young white athletes about the attempt to beat the overwhelming odds and become a professional athlete. Yes the odds are definitely stacked against anyone from becoming a pro athlete, but I think even a lot of white high school coaches and parents feed into it, saying stuff like "Nobody makes it past playing football for the Butte High Bulldogs, so make the most of high school and walk off knowing you left every ounce out and that field."

What I don't understand is that it's probably even more highly unlikely to make a living in movies, TV, modeling, and music. Yet there are THOUSANDS of young white people risking everything in the hope of getting their break. I hope now with the success of notable white RBs that more white kids will start having that attitude. Somebody has to take those roster spots, so it might as well be them!

There was a shooting at a party Vick attended right before the season started. Vick's cousin was alleged to be the shooter and Vick was right nearby when it happened, but that incident was quickly swept under the rug by the media. Can't mess up the feel-good storyline about "redemption" now can we? Yeh, there's a good chance he'll screw up yet again.

I don't really consider the Giants' offense to be "explosive," which is why I was frankly surprised that they built-up their 24-3 lead and then 31-10...

And I've been saying all along that the Eagles' aren't fielding the "McNabb defense"... but their defense may be EVEN WORSE than I had previously thought. They just lost (DB) Nate Allen as well in the Giants' game. The Eagles' are NOT a video game; they AREN'T the NFLs version of the Oregon Ducks.

I fully expect The Eagles' offense to engineer some scoring-drives in the playoffs (nothing new to the game of football and not some earth-shattering concept), but teams' will surely be able to SCORE ON THEM as well. Look at college basketball, for instance... how often does a "nobody" keep the game close against a "power?" Yesterday, (ever-darkening) Florida lost to Jacksonville!

If New Orleans gets one of the wildcards, I hear that they might play the winner of the NFC Worst. That would be a winnable game for New Orleans. The media has also been acting like Philly is "guaranteed" to get the 2nd seed and the bye, but that isn't a guarantee. Right now, it would be Chicago with the bye.

This week's Atlanta/New Orleans game should be interesting, and I'm probably pulling for New Orleans (so they can get a playoff birth), because Atlanta just has to defeat Carolina to finish 13-3 and get the #1 seed. Things don't look "grim" right now.. People are simply upset because the Giants' blew a big lead.. everyone knew that the "inconsistent" Giants' could lose that game even though it was at home. Right?

Be sure to point out to all of your DWF friends that Toby Gerhart had a better game against the Bears last night than Adrian Peterson did earlier this season:

Gerhart: 16 rushes; 77 yds; 4.8 ypc; 21 long; 3 catches; 18 yards; 6 ypc; 12 long

Peterson17 rushes; 51 yds; 3.0 ypc; 20 long; 4 catches; 24 yards; 6 ypc; 8 long

I guess "Mr. Explosive" didn't explode so good against that same defense that poor old Toby was "bumbling" through last night......LMAO.

yeh, northwinds points taken. The only ones 'exploding' on each other, were the three caste pychophents in their cubicle while witnessing Hester's record return. By the over the top excitement in their repugnant voices.

Also don't forget Phillip Rivers. Rivers is neck and neck with Vick for number two in the MVP vote behind Brady in my book. It seems Rivers is among the top 5 QBs every year in the league statistically, but doesn't get the respect or recognition he deserves.

Great post northwinds. Toby was fantastic last night outside of a fumble. He must have been taking after Peterson. Lol. If the game would have remained close, Toby would have easily went over 100 yards against one of the best defenses in the Nfl. He also had a 21 yard gain and that showed his athletecism. Screw the announcers. Most of them don't know sh**. They are just told to talk down whitey any chance they get. It's much better to just mute the game. I hope he can get another start and that the Vikings Defense shows up next week. Especially with Webb at qb. The guy should be a wide receiver, not a qb.

I forgot about that. It's like how Marvin Harrison being a person of interest in a shooting was a buried story by the media. Or how Lawrence Taylor originally accused of getting a 16 year old hooker and roughing her up was somehow a victim of misinformation about her age and then the "starstruck" or "paid off" girl backtracks her story and says he was nice to her (where 40 year old virgins are sent to prison in this country for using a phone or internet service for a private sex transaction- all while porn stars are dealing fornication and sex addictions all over the internet with no restrictions at all on violent porn etc. and corrupting the minds of lonely men and corrupting the minds of young children that can stumble across it in the name of "ART") Or Chris Henry's death being made into a story about how "he could have been a role model". Only in Ridiculous Amerika's media sheeple!
