Here is a post from a FireJoshMcDanielsNow blog that I really enjoyed:

Knowshon Moreno had been having a decent game running the ball, I thought, at least for him. He had been running with some conviction. However, now he just fumbled the ball for a turnover.

Moreno is the same clown who celebrated his meaningless score against the Raiders as though he had just won the Super Bowl.

Peyton Hillis fumbled the ball early last season and never got another real chance. He withered on the bench. Today, he ran for 130+ yards and three touchdowns for the Cleveland Browns.

Someone should email that post to the owners of the Broncos.

That is weird - after you posted the "Should I buy a Hillis jersey" I went to the Browns website to see if they did play the Broncos this year. We were obviously thinking the same thing :)

=) I know most castefootball members already know this - but perhaps some visitors do not, out of 32 teams in the NFL the Broncos are 32nd in rushing at less than 75 yards per game. The 31st team is Seattle with around 83 YPG.

Giving up a great running back is bad enough - giving them up the year before you have the worse rushing offense in the league is something that should get you fired.

Gaffney drops a sure 2-point conversion that would've put Denver within 8 points.

Hartline had 4 for 75.

Brent Celek so far had 3 for 50 including 30 yard TD!

Decker with a diving 38-yard catch! Hopefully he will replace Gaffney next year...or maybe yet this year.

and a great tackle in the backfield by Dahl! what a play.

both Dahl and Doughty played real well today!

Riley Cooper had one catch for 29 yards.

Chris Long with a sack! he has 6.5 on the year! Laurinaitis is getting props for his pass coverage skills.

at the same time, sumo had a penalty called on him and they somehow said it was Long's fault who is a good player but tends to draw penalties... wtf, it was against the Broncos and sumo took hands to Long's face!Edited by: backrow

Nice sack by Chris Long on Orton. WR Daniel Graham of Denver couldn't hold on to a nice pass by Orton that would've given them a first down. Now, Denver out on downs and game over.

I think they meant that as a compliment to Long due to the fact that Sumo OL have to hold him to stop him...that's how I interpreted it at least.

Backrow i think you misunderstood what they were saying. They meant that Long makes offensive linemen commit penalties in order to stop him.

Me too, backrow. Some really great performances so far this week by the White warriors in the NFL, and the week isn't over yet!

We should have a great QB duel with Phillip Rivers and Peytan Manning.......as long as Manning does'nt throw it to pierre "duh, which way do i go" garcon, Manning should have a huge game.
