David Ambler won his 100 heat at the ACC championships in 10.37 and will be in the finals. Just missing the finals was North Carolina's freshman footballer Hunter Furr at 10.55. As many of you know, Furr, despite being the fastest player on the football team (and, as far as track goes, only one NC runner beat him, and just by .01), was switched to fullback as a freshman. Imagine being the fastest player on your team yet being switched to fullback.
In more uplifting news, the top two qualifiers for the 400 finals were Kevin Borlee (soph-fl state) and Kevin Anding (soph-VA). Borlee finished a full second ahead of the third place qualifier, Antonio McKay, Jr., son of a juiced Olympian.
Tyler Dodds also made the finals. He's a so-so decathlete, but fast.
Has a 10.79 in the 100 and 21.79 in the 200. Apparently good at the 400, too.
Mark Domaracki is in the 400 final, too.
