BeyondFedUp, you make some great points. I completely whole heartily concur with you my white brother (Fa Shizzle my Blanca). Did you know that is what for Shizzle my Nizzle means, except that is the black version that implies the N word (Nizzle). Just trying to lighten things up with some humor.

I guess I'd be hoping for LA if I had to pick because of Gasol, but Kobe's not a good guy- as good of a player as he may be. And with the way LA beat my Suns in such a close series, I'm not really pulling too hard for LA. It's Kobe's team and I don't like Kobe.

WL, the white race does need a white Al Sharpton these days when it comes to backwards AA policy particularly w/ extreme quotas in sports!

I don't have no love for either team, even though Gasol provides a nice white presence. I have not really followed the NBA since 2006, and it's getting downright boring. How in heaven's name do you watch a game with 10 n*ggers almost constantly on the floor?

A white Al Sharpton would be nice, but that's just wishful thinking. The closest to such figure is David Duke, and he's not exactly mainstream.

What we saw in game 1 was that:

1. Gasol is an all-world talent and better than any of the Zulu bigs.
2. Kobe is best player on either team
3. The Lakers are clearly better than the Zulus and can win this series in 5 games under fair officiating.

But, a quick series would take out all the drama, TV, not to mention money. So, David Stern will ensure this one goes 7 games. I don't know who eventually will win, but my money is on LA. The pi$$-poor officiating in game 2 was to make sure this series goes back to Boston tied 1-1.

The Lakers will win at least 1 game there, and return to LA either up or down 3-2.

fb75 you are right on all points. i don't like kobe either , as a personality, but he is the best player in the nba. yes, better than L james amd more of a team leader even though he shoots too much sometimes, he gets it done for the most part. i've been watching nba now for almost 40 years and he may be right at the top. anyway, the officiating was so bad i can't in recent memory recall worse as they were so blatant. i hope they let'em play in boston and Gasol shines. he is talented, determined, a a gentleman off the court. What a surprise (LOL!)

Exactly, Westside. I care for the exact same reasons as you. Not because I'm a die-hard Lakers or NBA fan, far from it. I simply despise the Boston Zulus, and it would give me great pleasure to see these thugs lose the championship.

The Lakers have our man Gasol, plus Fisher is certainly a good guy and I definitely have respect for him. He played big for them tonight down the stretch. Plus, you also get other white contributors on the Lakers. I think tonight it was Walton who came in and did some good things for LA.

I'm hoping that LA can win one more game in Boston, and then finish the series off back at home in 6 or 7 games.

BTW, does anyone else think that sumo "Big Baby" has, shall we say, less than average intelligence? His facial expresssions and antics on the court certainly indicate that. He's become a highly irritating and annoying player on a team that has many unlikable players to begin with.Edited by: foobar75

I forgot the game was on! And way back in the day, I actually used to be an NBA fan. But you guys are right, the "Celtics", who are a slap in the face to the team name, are positively repugnant. LA isn't a whole lot better, but at least they have Superstar Pau Gasol starting and got quality minutes from Luke Walton and the mulatto Farmar (who looks white to most DWF's). Too bad that Vujacic rarely sees any game time, he got a whopping 19 seconds in this contest.

On the other hand, the Zulu Africans only have Scalabrine on the roster, and he doesn't even get to dress for the game!

Even in the 1990's the NBA was somewhat watcheable. You had some really good white players such as Hornace, Stockton, Gugliotta, Mullins, and Mark Price. It wasn't much better for white players then compared to now but at least the league wasn't so thuggish. Black players like Karl Malone and Scottie Pippen behaved themselves. Compare that to today's league. Gugliotta, Mullins, and Stockton would definitely be starters if they were still playing today. Hornacek and Price wouldn't be starting as they would be replaced by less qualified affletes.

The Celtics once had 4 white players and 1 mulatto in it's roster:

http://www.basketball-reference.com/teams/BOS/2006.html

Dan Dickau
Raef Lafrentz
Wally Szczerbiak
Brian Scalabrine
Delonte West

This was during the 2005-06 season and sadly, only Scalabrine was healthy for that season. Dickau and Lafrentz were gone in 2006-07, and Szczerbiak was barely healthy again that year and it would be his last. He and West would be traded to Seattle aka Oklahoma prior to 2007-08.

CBS Sportsline has an article blaming Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom for the Game 4 loss (Is the MSM rooting for the Lakers?), but here's the truth...

Infantile Kobe has decided to be a HUGE BALL-HOG in these FINALS. In Game 3, he was 10-29. The Lakers' were DAMN LUCKY to win that game.

In Game 4, his numbers look a "little" better (10-22 FG, 6-11 3-pt range), but, surprise, ONLY 2 Assists. He also had 7 Turnovers. I also think he's shooting TOO MANY 3-pointers. That's "Lebron-esque" to me... (i.e. not smart).

Only 13 Assists for the Lakers. That's simply too low! This was a low-scoring game just like Game 3; It's not like the Lakers' were routed. In other words, poor FUNDAMENTALS cost the Lakers.

Kobe's complete playoff game-log. His assist numbers were excellent previously, but they have become non-existant! I honestly wouldn't be shocked if the Celtics' won the next two games to close out the series. I can say, right now, that MANY people watching the series, are hoping that Kobe (MJ..) fails, and my father is one of them. I'm not "pro-Kobe" by any means, and it's largely because, on the basketball court, I don't consider him the sharpest knife in the drawer. He wants to win ALL BY HIMSELF. I don't want to be -- ALL BY MYSELFF...

Exactly! The 80s Celtics would whoop these current "Celtics" (& Lakers) @$$es! Bird, McHale, Ainge & Walton powered those (real) Celtics to the NBA Elite!

These Celtics are a disgrace. Nothing but a bunch of afflete thugs who care nothing for the game and just want that money.

Sorry about the Lakers j41181. I have been trying to pull for Gasol and your team even though I don't really care for the Lakers. At least they are more fair than the Celtics. It seems to me that Kobe is going back to his old ball hogging ways. It is really hurting the team chemistry. The Lakers are at their best when he scores and passes. He had the one game with 10 assists earlier in the playoffs. Now that they are in the NBA Finals, Kobe is trying to hog the spotlite to himself. It just might cost the Lakers the series. It's do or die time on Tuesday Night. We shall see what happens but I feel this series is going seven due to the league wanting to make more money off this fierce rivalry.

The Celtics are playing team basketball and the Lakers are not. That is why Boston is winning.
Maybe next time we can pull for a team that is white friendly AND plays as a team.

A team made up of white stars would do just as well. The Celtics aren't that 'athletic' they are just playing better.
The league needs good white teams. The league also needs white stars. Rubio needs to do well, as do Gordon Heyward and Luke Babbitt. White players have always been better shooters and passers/dribblers and now I think they are closing the gap athletically.

good post, pistol pete.

Rubio won't be coming to the NBA for a while, though. unless things change, of course. he's making big money playing in Europe where he can be a star. why should he make the move across the pond and be pigeon-holed like Rudy Fernandez or Calderon? i'm sure he's well aware of how they're being screwed. even Pau Gasol is the oft-chosen whipping boy when discussing the Lakers, despite his being their second-best player. i'm sure it's just coincidental that he's White.

in similar fashion, the Argentines who lit up the world stage are being forcedinto being"role players." Oberto, Delfino, Scola, and Nocioni are not exactly house-hold names to NBA fans, yet they run circles around "real" NBA affletes when they play internationally.

why should Rubio subject himself to that kind of obvious anti-White bias when he can be a star back at home?Edited by: Jimmy Chitwood

I'm going to have disagree with your assessment here, white lightning. I'm no Kobe fan, but in games 4 and 5, the rest of the team have not stepped up to the plate. Gasol had a decent game 4, but even he had a pretty marginal game by his own standards tonight with 12pts and 12 rebounds. Kobe had a very good game, but the rest of the starters were dismal. The Lakers bench is pretty pathetic as well.

The Celtics are double and tripple teaming Kobe and forcing the others to beat them. This worked in game 3 as Fisher came thru in the 4th quarter and won the game for them. No one quite stepped up in games 4 and 5, and of course Kobe could not do it tonight by himself.

I really don't care any more who wins, as World Cup fever has got my attention now. Looks like Boston has more momentum on their side and could close it out in 6. It all depends on what David Stern's orders are, whether to push this one into a game 7 or not.

Nice 20-point lead at the half by the Lakers in game 6 tonight, as the Laker benchhas come on strong. Gasol has been good on the glass with 8 boards already, along with 5 assists. Sasha Vujacic, Luke Walton, and the guy that all my DWF friends say is white, although you and I know he's mulatto, Jordan Farmar has been solid. Of course, to be fair, I'll list all of the Druid Celtic white contributors as well.......................................Uh, for some reason, I can't find any on this Gothic-named franchise that are playing.....

Looks like the Lakers are going to push a game 7. Gasol, Farmer, Vujacic and Brown have been coming up big. Right now a 26 pt lead with 9 mins left. I think the Lakers will own the Bostonian Afiricans come Thursday.

Game 7 here we come. Gasol was one point from a triple double. Kobe played a more balanced game. Without question he is the best player in the NBA.

I look forward to a similar outcome come Thursday. Hopefully Walton will get to contribute to the cause. It annoying looking at Morrision and Scarabini out of uniform. But hey, they are making millions. All is not bad for some white American ballers.
