Well its up to the PATS to turn Ryan's affeletic dream into nightmare. With Woody slapping him when he awakes.

That sucks. Hopefully, Danny can shove it down the Jets' throats again next week. And hopefully Green Bay does not let us down tomorrow.

The end of that game stank. Wayne was nowhere to be found, once again in the playoffs. Peyton Manning played a good game, but the overly-affletic Indy defense and special teams lost the game for them. I hope the Jets get knocked out next week.

Sucks for Manning and all the white guys on the Colt's offense, but on the bright side this should give even more attention to the Woodhead goof when they meet NE and Danny destroys them. Plus, without Austin Collie this lose hurts a little less.

BTW, Braylon Edwards seemed to get away with a nice push-off on that catch.

Looks like Peyton feared Revis Island more than he trusted his 111 catch, 1355 yard wideout Reggie Wayne. The postgame interviews regarding Reggie's 1 target should be interesting.

Anak, your right, Colts should have kicked that ball out of bounds.

That 47 yard kick off return was the game winner.  They should really have kicked it out of bounds, instead of risking a big return.

And why did idiot Caldwell call a time out on the Jets last drive? Is that just dumb or what?

I became disenchanted with Manning after he chewed out the rookie Blair White yet invited the ever so special butterfingered Haitian to his precious "practice tree" and has made every excuse for him.

They could've should've would've wonthis game if (a) afflete doesn't run into the kicker not allowing the Colts to preserve more time (b) the special teams doesn't give up a huge return late (c) the afflete does not allow the long completion to Edwards. I do wish that Peyton would of stepped on their throats instead of playing it safe for the FG.
Broncos,
Your argument has no merit. Garcon stepped up big time in this game and had 5 catches, 112 yards and a TD. White and Tamme contributed as well, mostly on short completions for first downs. In other words, Garcon took on the Wayne/Collie role, White played the Garcon role, Tamme played the Clark role. The fact remains that the Colts had the lead with less than a minute left and the nearly coal black special teams/defense could not get it done. Those are the facts.

How in the world did the Jets win that game? After the half I thought they had no chance at all with Sanchez as QB. He made a couple throws but he is less than average in ability. Vinatieri is as clutch as anybody.

Out of bounds on a kickoff gives the receiving team the ball at the 40 yard line; its a penalty. They should've done their job and allowed a 30 yard return at most! Something tells me that if the Pats destroy the Jets like they did the last time they played them, and if Danny has a big game at the same time, we are all gonna be very happy the cards played outthe way theydid.

Yep, I'm hoping that Woodhead is featured heavily and comes up big next week against his old team and cowardly fatso ex-coach.

Gotta give some credit to the Jets kicker. If he missed under all that pressure, he'd get tarred and feathered.

Disappointing to see the NJ Jets win but the Patriots are the team we really want to see win and it's better then risking Manning having a great game and beating them. Jets no chance.

IMO, Manning receives way too much praise, especially when he lacks killer instinct. Only 16 points against NY? Dominic Rhodes inspired their running game, so there cannot be an excuse about that area of offense.

Indy didn't exactly put a "tour-de-force" on the Tennessee Titans' either. I'd bet my house that Brady's New England team will score more than 16 points against NY.

Indy, including "superhumans" Mathis and Freeney, will just have to settle for being "paper champions."

Yes, we want the Patriots to win. I know the Seachickens win was an upset (Hasselbeck looked awesome), but was the Jets game as well? Didn't get the spreads on the games this weekend. Although I know Philly is favored...I think...?

The Seahawks were 10.5 point dogs. Jets were anywhere from3 to 3.5 point dogs. Philly is favored by I think 3. Ravens favored by around 3 as well.

By the way- The Pats open as 9 point favorites for next weeks game vs Jets

Hoping the Packers upset the Iggles. Also, would like to see a Packers/Patriots SB.
