<div>Welker was out one series and they moved the ball down the field. As far as run plays,Brady kept getting sacked, if you don't call run plays, the defense pins their ears back and goes after the qb,Brady gets sacked they lose yardage and kills the clock anyway. Gronkoswki is a better blocker than Crumpler or Hernandez, sad because Crumpler is 300 pounds. Brady wasn't getting any time so Gronkowski stayed in to block. Like I said, Bellichick changed his gameplan on this one and was too stubborn to go away from it. The idea was to do something that the Jets haven't seen on film all year and throw them off guard, it didn't work and was stupid on his part. This is a problem he has always had, being stubborn. If he is going to win he is going to win with what he designed up. The usual game plan is to just let everyone run routes and let Brady kil them with quick passes and yards after the catch. Apparently Bill didn't want to do that this game. He outthought himself on this one and probably felt like he deserved to lose closer to the end.</div>

And why not? Why didnt he want to do want went right all season long, what went very right just a few weeks before when they trashed them 45 - 3 ?

Brady with a pick on a short pass? very suspect.

OL who holds steady all season long, suddenly collapses almost every snap. very suspect

Giving the ball to the Jets to score the second TD? Very suspect.

Not challenging the suspect TD? Very suspect.

Not hurrying when they were under clock pressure? Very suspect.

Not kicking the FG ? Very suspect. Dont give me the wind excuse bullsh*t. The kicker is at home, where he practices every f**king day, but suddendely he cant kick because "there is wind". Extremely suspect. Is this the first time wind blows on the Patriots stadium?

Dodgy playcalling all game long? Very suspect.

I have to agree with many here that think that the fix was in. Too many of the Patriots best players just were not involved for most of the game. I can't believe that this was by accident. Belicick is too intelligent to go away from what got him here. So why did he? Hmmmn. It makes you wonder. Can you imagine how many people lost millions of this game? I don't buy it for one minute. The fix was in. I'm very dissapointed but I'm glad I didn't bet on it.

Packers are playing the best football in the NFL. What the Pats did today was crime against humanity, has Brady never heard of a dump off pass?

If you think NFL games are fixed then you shouldn't really have any rooting interest one way or the other because it's all been pre-settled. Why be disappointed because a back room deal screwed your team? It's not like they lost on merit....so who cares?

However I think you all do care, and the frustration of losing is somewhat tempered by thinking that your side was "cheated" somehow.

I feel you pain but in reality the Pats are not "white" by any stretch of the imagination. The defense is all black and it really sucked at times. Many of the offensive players are black too so this game is not a referendum on white playing ability.

Brady isn't perfect, he will throw picks every now and then, the Jets have two shut down corners and get pressure without having to blitz, which means less time toblock and not leavin a defender uncovered. The pick was because of timing issues with who the ball was thrown to. This wouldve been to Welker, most probably but since he was stubborn and benched him this was the result. It was a 50+ yard field goal and they were down by quite a bit, it was risky either way. Bill has always gambled at times, just think back to the Faulk pass that didn't get the first down.

Bill already wasted a challenge because of the info he got from his guys upstairs, apparently they weren't doing their job. How is he supposed to see if it was a td or not? They have guys upstairs reviewing that. Apparently they didn't call it in for Bill to challenge, either that or Bill didn't trust them to throw the flag again when they were wrong the first time, he would have lose all of his challenges and a timeout. Why didn't Rex challenge the field goal that was actually good? some things are too close to tell, and he isn't the type of coach to throw red flags constantly like Sean Payton.

The reason why he didn't want to do what went right all season long? like I said, he was outthinking himself. From the looks of it, he devised a gameplan that was totally different than what the Jets have seen on film all year. They played each other twice this season, and the Jets won the first one. Rex Ryan may look like a dumbass, but he is a good defensive coach and will do his best from letting you beat him the same way twice. The plan didn't work and he was too stubborn to go back to what worked, this is what they have been practicing the past week, I am guessing. Mike Martz had this same exact problem.

If Woodhead wouldve gotten better blocking he couldve taken one to the house, instead on one play one of the pulling linemen went the wrong way and left Woodhead to run right into a defensive linemen, and surprisingly he pushed his way back 3 yards to get to the line of scrimmage. Had that play gone as it was designed, it could have been a touchdown.Hurrying the clock for what though? the defense was playing like crap and guys like Wilfork were gassing out. The cornerbacks who usually play good didn't show up today. I guess they got out of rythym after having a week off. All teams have off days. Just becaue the Patriots are mostly white doesn't mean they are immune to this. Brady had a really off day, when facing pressure instead of checking it down he kept looking for someone deep and wound up taking a couple of sacks just for that reason.

If he uses the same gameplan that let them win 45-3 there is no guarantee they would have won, the Jets would have been more prepared for it and the outcome might have wound up the same. Affletes dropping balls. Even Welker dropped some, and that isn't a "fix", Welker has had a down seasonand one of the top in the leaguein dropped passes, this yearI am guessing a confidence issue after his knee injury. Hopefully it is fixed by next season.Edited by: snow

I didn't get to see much of the Jet game until the end. I am little disapointed that Danny didn't have a better game. He samed to have enough carriers (14) were he could have stuck it to the caste system. A little bit of a lost opportunity today for those of us that would like to see the caste system come crumbling down.

Well said. I wanted to Pats to win but I am certainly no team fan. Until a team is over 50% White, then we never lose any of these games. It's all black beating black. In terms of White players today, we did great.

Greg Oslen leading receiver.
Brandon Stokley leading receiver.
Hasslebeck and Cutler great games with 5 TD to 0 Intos.
Brian Urlacher leading tackler.
Danny Woodhead leading rusher.
Rob Gronkowski leading receiver.
Eric Smith and Mike DeVito leading the Jets D in a win.

Our few guys more than held their own today and that's what I will take away from this.Edited by: Freethinker

Well Danny did the best for what was there, the blocking wasn't that great and should have called better run plays for him, like more tosses to the outside. The linemen seemed out of sync and one even pulled the wrong way on what should have been a big gain for Woodhead. Plus the officials screwed him over on a few runs, like the first down they marked it one yard short, an another 3 yard run they only moved the ball2 yards. He still has 98 yards from scrimmage. This reminds me of the Giants -Patriot Super Bowl game. A good/ excellent offense is usually beaten by an excellent defense in big games. We've seen that over and over. The offensive line was overwhelmed both games.

Question is how could the Pats dominate the Jets in every aspect of the game a feww weeks ago and today look like a high school team?

The Jets were cranked up but certainly were not sharp.while the Pats seemed
to be on tranquilizers. I don't get it.

Belichick and Ryan hugging afterwards?? Welker prrobably got cold stares from his coach.

I lost a lot of respect for BB. Way to stand by Wes. The Jets Negroes said some nasty stuff and threatened injury ... to Wes.

Thanks for backing up your gritty White player Bill. Nice message to send in the biggest game of the year . Screw You.

I think BB is old-school and therefore considers Ryan and himself to be coaching brothers. Have to keep a line of distinction betwseen his fellow coaches and the riff raff. So, he had to discipline Wes.

Problem is Ryan is SCUM!!!!!!

Sanchez takes out Manning and Brady. What a joke!

I would not be surprised to see the Steelers and Jets in the Super Bowl.

I cared until this day, because I didnt really believe Bigunreal theories. UNTIL TODAY.

If I live 1 000 000 years, nothing will ever make me change my opinion that the Pats took a dive today. Not hurrying up, and not kicking the FG, was the absolute clincher.

Now I know that fixes are in, that Bigunreal is correct, no matter how much you try to silence him and to make him look like a lunatic.

The Pats are "white" friendly, at least on the offense, compared with other NFL teams. And the Pats were the best team this season, at least on offense, with huge contributions from White players.
OL all white who allowed Brady tons of time to pass, and created spaces for runs, Brady, Welker, Woodhead, GronK, Edelman. Yeah. Very White friendly on offense. I was cheering for them, and for millions of white kids who could have seen them in the SB and dream to be like them.
But no, Belichick had other ideas, he clearly took a dive today. I've seen enough today, I am believing my lying eyes, no bullsh*t excuses about "wind" and other BS.

You still havent presented a valid argument why they didnt hurry up, why they didnt kick the FG, why they didnt challenge the TD, why they gave the ball to the Jets to score before HT and so on and so on.

his skin is light tan, and looks more Southern European than native american. Go look at real mexicans, poor mexicans that are mostly native american.Do they look like Sanchez? go to Spain, there are guys that look like Sanchez. They just play up his mexican heritage. Who knows how mexican he really is. They did that for Taylor Martinez until his dad came out and saidtheMartinez name was because he was adopted and Taylor was actually Irish, French and German, yet some Cornhusker fans still insist that he is mexican and bring stuff like sombrerros to the games. Unfortunately Mark Sanchez doesn't have a problem with this. I guess Tony Romo was too white to be a mexican hero. They are trying to tap into the mexican market, good luck there haha. So... Jets beat the Steelers to get Sanchez into the Super Bowl as the first ever Mexican-American quarterback?

What happened to Jim Plunkett? Is he no longer considered Mexican-American or what?

<div>Sorry, I am Italian, he looks nothing like an Italian, and my girlfriend is Spanish and German, and none of her Spanish family has that dark of skin or that facial structure, he definitely has Indian in him and doesn't consider himself White, nor does the media. They will prop him up as a mexican folk hero, and everyone here in LA will be rooting for NY if they make it, guaranteed.</div>

First off guys, Sanchez considers himself mexian or of hispanic heritage. He goes on spanish tv alot and the hispanic media and fans have adopted him as their chosen one. I see it also living out here in the southwest. So many hispanics just talk about him nonstop. The NFL knows this is a huge untapped money market. They are looking to continue to grow and have chosen the latin community as the best way to do so. That is why they want him to win so bad. Even Sanchez himself since his USC days loves to sing and dance to the song Lean like a vato.

I believe the game was fixed even if no one else does. I'm not too happy about it but it doesn't suprise me a bit. Seen this type of thing many times before.

hurry up to do what? go 3 and out again? they were pinning their ears back to sack Brady. The only solution was to run, this should have been done way earlier in the game. The other option was to have Brady sacked, lose time on the clock and have to punt, and then have the Jets run the clock out. A 50 yard field goal is not a given, and this is not the first time Bellicheck has decided not to kick it. I presented arguments for all of this in a previous post. Bellicheck isn't in the upstairs booth reviewing the play on whether to review, why didn't Rex Ryan challenge the field goal that was actually in? Besides the guys upstairs already got it wrong for Bill the first challenge.

Sanchez is 3rd generation American. He doesn't speak Spanish and neither does his father. His name is Mark not Marco. His Mexican heritage is remote but because he is of a special ethnic group that the league and media want to fawn over he is an ethnic superhero. Similar to the 1/16th Native American Sam Bradford.

I've lost count of the number of Hispanic people I know who are now Jets fans because of Mark Sanchez. Just like the Cain Velasquez - Brock Lesnar fight, the marketing folks in the NFL and the UFC drool over these types of ethnic heroes to bring in more $$$.

I never said he didn't have native american in him, its just minimal compared to most mexicans. And I have seenSpanish people that look similar, my cousin's husbandis from Spain and doesn't look much different. Yes he doesn't consider himself white so I guess that is all that really matters.

Is White Athletics so weak in this country that we are calling members of the Cherokee nation white now? Is that a joke? No sensible person would consider him white either.

I'm surprised no one is talking about all the dropped passes by the Seahawks and Patriots receivers today - even Wes Welker.

Just curious, is Wes Welker in on the fix too? Or just Brady? Or is it the whole NE team?
