Here is the projected whites starting for the National Champion Gators. They started six whites last year and in 2007, so they halved the number of white starters this year. They appeared to have moved Matt Patchan to the O-Line as a backup.

This is sick. Florida will make a run for the blackest team in the FBS this year. They are tied right now with Auburn and East Carolina for the title. Tebow, Cooper, and Hernandez are going to feel lonely in the huddle this year. They have an all-black line, made up of mostly sumos.

I will cheer for Tebow, Cooper, and Hernandez, but that is it.

Simply pathetic. Now we know that Meyer is anti-white. He just looked fair when he was in Utah and "had" to play more whites.
 
Truly horrible numbers. Too bad Tebow didn't come out early to the NFL, or transferred to Colorado State or Wyoming.
 
It would be nice to see a Tebow to Cooper connection similar to that of Colt McCoy and Jordan Shipley. They both are friends of each other. They both could make it to the national championship. Could you imagine that if they played the national championship against each other if Cooper was used also? two White athletic quarterbacks that are threats to run it and also throwing to White receivers on both teams. Im not sure how athletic Cooper is, havent seen him play that much but we all know Shipley is incredibly talented.
 
dwid, Riley Cooper is very athletic. He was listed on Scout.com as running a 4.35 when he was still in H.S. He also has good height at 6'3.Edited by: ToughJ.Riggins
 
I don't know much about college football. Can someone tell me when the last time the Gators started a white receiver was? Is it Travis Mcgriff or am I wrong?
 
Yeah, I think so whiteathlete33. Travis' last season at Florida was 1998. Chris Doering was another awesome WR at Florida from 1992-95, setting several school and SEC records.

national championships in the last three years and the same number of
raises.</div>


Meyer signed a six-year contract Monday worth $4 million
annually, up from $3.25 million, after leading the Gators to the
national title in January. The new deal makes Meyer the highest-paid
coach in the Southeastern Conference â€" at least for now.

Alabama's
Nick Saban, scheduled to make $3.9 million this season, is reportedly
negotiating a contract extension. And LSU's Les Miles has a clause in
his contract that guarantees him $1,000 more than any coach in the
league if he leads the Tigers to a national championship.

"Coach
Meyer has certainly proven to be one of the top college football
coaches in the country and should be compensated as such," athletic
director Jeremy Foley said in a statement. "We are proud he is our
coach and we appreciate all that he has done for the Gators."

Foley
said in June he planned to work on a new contract for Meyer and
acknowledged the "sensitivity" of giving the coach a hefty raise during
an economic downturn. The university recently announced $42 million in
budget cuts and layoffs of nine faculty members and 49 staff employees.

But
the state-funded school doesn't pay Meyer's salary. The University
Athletic Association, a separate entity that funds the school's
athletic department, does.

Nonetheless, Meyer decided to give
some of his money back to the school. Meyer, the co-chairman of the
university's Florida Opportunity Scholars Program, committed $1 million
to the program over the duration of his contract. School president
Bernie Machen created the program to provide financial assistance to
first-generation, financially disadvantaged students working toward
bachelor's degrees.

"I continue to be very thankful and appreciative for
everything the University of Florida and the athletic program has done
for me and my family," Meyer said in a statement. "Dr. Machen, Jeremy
Foley and the community make this a special place and I'm honored to be
a part of it."

Meyer came to Florida following the 2004 season
and has led the Gators to a 44-9 record in four seasons. Maybe most
telling, he's had Florida at its best in big games. The Gators are 11-1
against their three main rivals â€" Tennessee, Georgia and Florida State
â€" and won both national championships games in convincing fashion
(41-14 over Ohio State in 2007 and 24-14 over Oklahoma in January).

Meyer
signed his previous contract, worth $3.25 million annually, in 2007
after Florida won its first national title in a decade. He also earned
$375,000 in bonuses last season: $75,000 for winning the Southeastern
Conference championship, $250,000 for winning the national title and
$50,000 for a top-10 finish in The Associated Press poll.

"I
believe that Urban Meyer is the best at what he does," Machen said in a
statement. "He demands excellence of his players on the field and in
the classroom. Not only did the University of Florida win a national
championship in January, but all 13 seniors earned degrees and the 2008
football team tied an SEC league record with 37 players named to the
SEC Academic Honor Roll. We're proud he's a Gator."

Meyer could be in Gainesville a while, too.

Speaking
at a charity golf tournament last month, Meyer said he was floored when
he returned from vacation and heard about another story linking him to
Notre Dame.

"I'm not going to Notre Dame. Ever," said Meyer, who
chose Florida over Notre Dame in 2004. "I'm going to be the coach at
Florida for a long time, as long as they want me."

Gators' Cooper enjoys career night despite illness

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP)â€"Riley Cooper caught a career-high five passes for 105 yards in Florida's opener. He vomited a record number of times, too.

Nonetheless, his performance made the top-ranked Gators feel much better about their revamped receiving corps.

"Thank God he came back,"Â coach Urban Meyer said Sunday, about 12 hours after his team beat Charleston Southern 62-3. "We're struggling right now if we don't have Coop."Â

Cooper was Tim Tebow's favorite target Saturday night, and maybe for good reason. Not only do they share an off-campus apartment, but Cooper caught everything thrown his way. He even had one reception just seconds after throwing up on the field.

Cooper had been sick for several days leading up to the game, and his body repeatedly rejected the notion of drinking lots of fluids on a warm and humid evening and then running full speed down the field.

So there he was heaving one second, then hauling in passes the next.

"That's different,"Â Cooper said. "I don't know too many guys that do that."Â

There's little doubt the Gators believe Cooper is special. Meyer raves about his speed, tenacity and blocking ability. And even though the 6-foot-3 senior from Clearwater caught just 18 passes for 261 yards and three touchdowns last year, Florida expected more from him this fall with the departure of leading receivers Percy Harvin and Louis Murphy.

"I knew it was my senior year and we were kind of limited at depth at wide receiver, so I knew that my role was going to be more expanded,"Â Cooper said.

That's assuming he decided to come back.

The Texas Rangers selected Cooper in the 25th round of June's amateur draft. Although he struggled with Florida's baseball teamâ€"he hit .247 with two home runs, eight RBIs and three stolen bases in 30 games this spring, and struck out 41 times in 89 at-batsâ€"the Rangers offered him a reported $250,000 contract because of his speed and potential.

Cooper signed with the Rangers, but negotiated a deal that would allow him to play one more season in Gainesville before heading to the minor leagues.

No one was happier than Meyer.

"He's playing as good as he's ever played,"Â Meyer said. "I know it's just one game, but the way he's been practicing, you could tell he was going to come out and have a breakout game."Â

His blocks may have been even better than his catches.

Cooper tossed defenders around, keying big runs for Jeff Demps and Chris Rainey. He made one block without a helmet and helped create the seam that sprung Brandon James for an 85-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

"He might be one of the best (blocking receivers) we've ever had," Meyer said. "Our guys block before they catch balls in practice, but Riley Cooper takes it to the next level ‘cause he's such a tough guy and competitive guy.

"Riley Cooper's turned into a great football player. He really has. He catches the ball well and he does other things well, but for the football coach who grades him, he's a great player."Â

Cooper might not be a great salesman, though. He admits he talked to Tebow several times last season about getting him the ball. Tebow says the conversations were mostly sarcastic, with Cooper saying things like, "Throw me the ball or I'm going to move out."Â

Either way, it didn't work.

Tebow doesn't have too many other options now. James and Deonte Thompson dropped would-be touchdown passes against the Buccaneers. Senior Carl Moore is out indefinitely with a back injury. Highly touted freshman Andre Debose is considering hamstring surgery that could end his season. And backups Omarius Hines, Justin Williams, T.J. Lawrence and Frankie Hammond Jr., are progressing slowly.

Cooper, meanwhile, could be in for more record performances.

"He's a freak,"Â Tebow said. "He's 6-3 and that fast. Most people underestimate how fast he really is."Â

Looks like Meyer finally relented to the public pressure and increased the suspension. I severely doubt that Spikes did this on his own. When's the last time you ever heard a black ask for punishment?

heavy on his heart," Florida linebacker Brandon Spikes asked to serve a
full-game suspension for apparently trying to gouge the eyes of a
Georgia running back.</div>
Coach Urban Meyer obliged, saying Wednesday that it was in the
top-ranked Gators' best interest that Spikes sit out Saturday's game
against Vanderbilt.

"I really don't want to be a distraction to the team," Spikes
said after practice. "I want the guys to prepare without any negative
things going on, and I feel like if I would play, it would be a big
thing going on. I'm just trying to stay out of the way and just
motivate the guys."

Meyer had faced some criticism for only
suspending his star defender for the first half of the Vandy game. The
Southeastern Conference accepted the original punishment.

Spikes
stuck his hand into the facemask of Georgia's Washaun Ealey during
Florida 41-17 victory against the Bulldogs. There was no penalty called
at the time, but after talk about the play spread, Meyer reviewed it
and decided to punish Spikes.

Meyer, Spikes and defensive coordinator Charlie Strong agreed to increase the punishment.

"A
lot of the negative things out there really weighing heavy on his heart
right now and so we thought that, as a group, we decided the best
interest just for the team to not play him Saturday," Meyer said. "It
was a group decision and we're doing it out of respect to our team so
we can focus on trying to win our ninth game.

"We think it's the
right thing to do. We support Brandon fully and we look forward to get
back and finish the season the right way."

Spikes is fourth on the team with 42 tackles and has three sacks.

He
considered entering the NFL draft in January, but decided to return for
his senior season in hopes of helping Florida win a third national
title in four years.

But he's battled injuries all season. He
missed time early in the season because of an Achilles' tendon injury,
and sat out most of two games because of a strained groin. He played
only a series against Arkansas on Oct. 17 and sat out the entire game
the following week.

He returned against Georgia and finished with
a team-high 10 tackles. He also intercepted a pass and returned it 5
yards for a touchdown in the fourth quarter.

What he did to
Ealey, though, overshadowed one of his best games of the season. Meyer
said Spikes was retaliating for things that happened earlier in the
game.

Ealey defended Spikes on Tuesday, saying he didn't believe
he should have been suspended. Ealey also said he was surprised the
play drew so much attention.

Fifth-year senior Ryan Stamper is expected to replace Spikes in the starting lineup.

"I'm pretty sure that Stamper got my back, and my teammates really support this decision" Spikes said.

Defensive end Carlos Dunlap was arrested early Tuesday and charged with
driving under the influence, just days before the biggest game of the
season.

"We are aware of the incident and are currently gathering more
information," coach Urban Meyer said in a statement released by the
school.

Meyer was expected to address the situation in more
detail after practice Tuesday. He could suspend Dunlap for Saturday's
game in Atlanta.

Dunlap, a 20-year-old junior from North
Charleston, S.C., was arrested at 3:25 a.m. He was released on his own
recognizance about six hours later during his initial appearance at the
Alachua County Jail. Judge Mary Day Coker admonished Dunlap for
underage drinking, and said he cannot possess alcohol, illegal drugs or
prescription drugs that are not prescribed for him.

He was told
not to drive a motor vehicle without a license, and if caught driving
without a license, he would violate the terms of his release. The judge
released Dunlap without bond because he has no prior adjudications and
no failures to appear in court.

Wearing a jail-issued,
green-and-white striped jumpsuit, Dunlap spoke softly when asked
questions and always replied "Yes, ma'am," to the judge.

According
to Gainesville Police spokesman Keith Kameg, an officer was dispatched
to check out reports of a reckless driver near campus. When the officer
spotted the car stopped at an intersection, he noticed the red 2000
Chrysler was not moving through several green lights.

The officer
found Dunlap slumped over and asleep at the wheel. The officer woke up
Dunlap through a cracked window, but he "would only open his eyes
momentarily and then fall back asleep," Kameg said.

The officer
unlocked the door, put the car in park and turned off the ignition.
Dunlap got out and "was very groggy and had difficulty speaking and
listening to instructions," Kameg said.

According to police,
Dunlap had watery and bloodshot eyes, and there was a smell of alcohol.
Dunlap failed a field sobriety test, refused a breath test and was
booked.

Dunlap, the defensive MVP of the Bowl Championship Series
national title game in January, has started every game this season for
the defending champs. He has 35 tackles and is tied for the team lead
with seven sacks.

The excuses and falsehoods are so blatent and obvious to the self aware that its infuriating. Its funny how most whites just "go with the flow" and never question anything. Hey Rednose, that was an excellent rebuttal to his comments on Riley Cooper. What are Robinson and Riley's 40 times, anyway?
 
Thanks Football Dad. According to their recruiting profiles, Cooper runs a 4.37 while the afflete is about a 4.45.
 
TE Aaron Hernandez will likely enter the NFL draft, which is good as I hate it when white players help bolster a by and large anti-white program. So, next year all three white starters on this Gator team will be gone, and I sure didn't see too many white players in waiting on their depth chart.
 
That is true, referendum. Florida may have 1 on defense, and anyware from 1-3 on Offense. The QB will be white (John Brantly), I believe. But blacks will replace Cooper and Hernandez, most likely. Matt Patchan and Sam Robey have a chance to start on the O-Line. Which would give the Gators anywhere from 1-4 white starters next year.

I'd say more likely anywhere from 1-2 white starters.

I hope this team fails horribly. I'm glad Tebow, Cooper, and (hopefully) Hernandez are gone from this wretched caste team.

I looked up their recent recruiting class today, they have maybe one white coming in. I wasn't sure if he was full white or not.

Brown was charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery Sunday morning. Jail records indicated that bond had not yet been set for the 19-year-old, but he was expected to appear before a judge Monday.

According to an arrest report, Brown is accused of striking two women who were trying to kick people out of a party.

One woman told investigators that Brown slapped her in the face, while the other said he slapped her arms, causing scratches. Neither victim required medical attention.

It is unclear if Brown has an attorney.

Brown was charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery Sunday morning. Jail records indicated that bond had not yet been set for the 19-year-old, but he was expected to appear before a judge Monday.



According to an arrest report, Brown is accused of striking two women who were trying to kick people out of a party.



One woman told investigators that Brown slapped her in the face, while the other said he slapped her arms, causing scratches. Neither victim required medical attention.



It is unclear if Brown has an attorney.

At the Florida Pro Day, Hernandez just ran a 4.56 40 on a wet track. Wow!

Watch he stills gets drafted pretty high and people make excuses for him such as he had a bad start. They did the same for afflete Joe Haden.
 
Speaking of Haden, he did well today. He posted a 4.43.

You're right, WA33. At various blog sites, the DFWs are using the spin that "40 times don't matter, game film is more important"........
