Ryan should have another Pro Bowl year. Finneran, Biermann, Koenen, Dahl, McClure, Clabo & Elam will get lots of reps (barring injury). Bierman led the Falcons in tackles during the preseason. They made a mistake cutting WR Bergeron.

Another fun-loving afflete who made a big mistake involving drugs. But he is still expected to play this Sunday. I guess it doesn't matter if you want to get high anymore.

Also, this afflete didn't have a license.

I had a conversation with a DWF a while back on this subject, the black affletes penchant for thuggery and crime in general, and the response from him was that the white athletes are "just as bad", but "most" of their crimes are "covered up" by RACIST law enforcement and judiciary! I'm not making this up!

The same thing has been said to me.

Sounds like the mug is more than just a DWF...sounds like a racially neutered lefty!

I was just skimming through Rotoworld and came upon this typical example of "production" by a black first round pick. Jamaal Anderson has been a big-time bust but entering his fourth season he'll still be starting as the coaching staff still tries to "mine" his vast untapped potential. 2.5 sacks in 44 games, he'd be a laughingstock if he was White.

The Falcons are viewing Jamaal Anderson as a defensive end/defensive tackle. Anderson is versatile enough to play both spots, but he's been a left end throughout his career. The No. 8 overall pick in the 2007 draft has just 2.5 sacks in 44 career games.

Then there's someone like Brian Robison of the Vikings, who has 11.5 sacks in very sparse use over the same time period as Anderson's careeryet can't crack the starting lineup over the very mediocre and inconsistent Ray Edwards.

Anderson shouldn't be starting ahead of Kroy Bierman.

Kroy was all over the field last season...making tackles in the backfield & down field. He's quicker & more agile then Jamaal.

Yep, I forgot to mention Bierman. We'll have to wait and see how he's used this season. The Falcons drafted Lawrence Sidbury last year, who is supposed to be a "pass rushing specialist" but was used little as a rookie.

Another black "professional athlete" who found a multi-million dollar salary insufficient motivation to keep himself in shape:

Michael Turner conceded that he fell out of shape last offseason. "I was big in the shoulders and the arms. My face was plump," said Turner, admitting that he didn't do enough conditioning after the 2008 season. Writers covering the team even joked that "Burner" was making a switch to fullback. The sluggishness may well have contributed to his slow start last year. Those covering the team this year have noticed a sleeker Turner, carrying his weight much better.

Last year, his "running-syle" reminded me of molasses!

To me, he was nothing special, but, unfortunately, many "affletic" defenses just don't know how to tackle...

"One game" for throwing his wife down the stairs (he's probably 3 times her weight and 5 times her strength and could have killed her) after she confronted him on what was probably cheating from contacts on Facebook.

And Matt Jones gets 4 games for first time possession of Coke with no violent history and then gets kicked from the league for a year for drinking a beer at a golf outing. Such is the story with this (N)appy Headed (F)ools (L)eague.

Disclaimer: Well, just b/c someone's Nappy Headed doesn't make them a fool, I don't want to become the next Don Imus lol. Truth is too many of these NFLers act the fool. Maybe I should have said (N)appy Headed (F)avouritist (L)eague lol.

And what is the deal with the fancy hair lol? Isn't it easier to manage your hair if it's short for a guy (and more formal). I guess too many of these athletes are too concerned with their rebellious IMAGE.

TJR, good analogy to the utter hypocrisy of the pro-caste demonization of Jones & "slap on the wrist" of criminally oriented "afroletes".

He should have been a fullback from the start. He came into the league at 240lbs at 5'10. No way he was carrying all muscle. Last season he was probably 250lbs. No one doubted him though and he was allowed to be a feature back the past two seasons and got significant carries earlier in his career.
