Well the Aussies win the Commonwealth 4x100m Gold medal, winning in 38.07. Their team consisted of Lachlan Kennedy, Joshua Azzopardi, Calab Law, and Rohan Browning, in that order.

Milann Klemenic set a French U20 record in the 400m with a time of 46.19. He broke a record that stood for 13 years. He lowered the record to 46.03 in the finals.

Just saw the race online; it was raining heavily. It seems the times would have been improved with better weather. It also looks like for a moment, Kennedy had thought he had won the race. It looks like he lead the race for 99m. Oh so close!

17 year old high schooler, Cooper Lutkenhaus, won the USATF 800m title easily in 1:43.48. That was his last race of the season. He lost only one race all year, indoors and outdoors.

Also Karsten Warholm ran a World Leading time of 46.61! That's a great time, and I'm happy to see Warholm getting back to his old form. He's been running 2nd to some other guys this season, and I thought maybe age had slowed him down. But this proves otherwise.
