I just caught the highlights of the game on NFL.com. Surprise = Deion sanders says right as the camera shows Hester running: "He's pullin a bus isn't he?" An obvious slam on Hester's speed. At least Eisen and Mariucci ignore Sanders' asine comment it and focus on Hester's "heads up" play.

Flat bench = 350lbs (around 300 these days) Incline Bench = 315lbs (250ish now) I haven't done squats or deadlift in so long I don't remember! Used to be decent back in college, but nothing great. Now in my mid-forties with a not so great back my lifting goals are significantly modified.
