Cincinnati Bengals General Thread

Agreed Bengals look to be spiraling back towards the dark days..

Losing Cappa hurts as well, good pickup for Raiders though.

Weenieworld needs a laugh track to accompany some of their news bites:

Bengals agreed to terms with QB Josh Johnson on a one-year contract. The well-traveled quarterback turns 40 on Sunday and heads back to Cincinnati for his third stint with the team after agreeing to terms on a one-year contract. He’ll have a good chance to earn the backup role behind franchise quarterback Joe Burrow considering the only other quarterback on the roster is Sean Clifford. Johnson has spent time with 16 NFL franchises during his sprawling career, amassing 11 professional starts across 50 appearances, most recently starting two games for the Commanders in 2025 in relief of the injured Jayden Daniels. The financials of the contract were not yet made available.

What a joke.

Considering how valuable Joe Burrow is to the Bengals and the fact that he's been one of the more injury prone QBs in the league, signing Johnson is inexplicable even for the NFL. Zac Taylor has gone Caste retard the past couple of years, and even Kevin O'Connell is heading that way now.
