Miami Dolphins General Thread

Good Lord! The Dolphins are a bunch of hapless idiots. I've said it before. If I owned the Dolphins I would be more satisfied with anyone posting at this website than the string of mutants they have managing that bunch.
You and me both man. One surprising thing about this though is that I would say about 80% of the Dolphins DWFanbase has been negative about the Willis signing. There's been a couple 'upside cucks' but the general consensus about it is that he sucks and we'll probably be drafting a QB in 2027 or possibly this year in one of the later rounds. I've heard the Dolphins brass likes Carson Beck so we'll see.

Preposterous even for the caste system to sign Willis for that money. Mayfield, Darnold, and Jones all got cheap one year deals when they still had to prove themselves.

One of the funniest signings I've seen. They got rid of Tua, who although is not a bad QB, he's just never going to be what his hype said, in addition to being injury (concussion) prone. And then the sign this laughably inept QB for HOF money. Gonna have to grab the popcorn and watch this train wreck unfold......

The only way I can see Willis being successful here is if the Dolphins go the Philadelphia Eagles route and sort of whiten up the rest of the team. I have my doubts on that happening though. Hafley seemingly loves the sumos like Aaron Brewer and from what I've heard, is going to leave Mike McDaniel's crappy zone blocking scheme in place (I say seemingly because it's all hearsay at this point) I still have my hopes on a sumo purge however. Miami's sumo line actually pisses me off more than the Willis signing.

Cole Strange, their only White starter on the O-line just left for the Chargers. Guess we’ll see what direction the team goes with other FAs and the draft, but right now there is a very real chance that the Dolphins go into the season with 1 White starter (Sieler).
