The Navy Whites really showed up today in their upset win!
 
UCONN QB Joe Fagnano finally threw an INT today.


@Carolina Speed Mercer QB Braden Atkinson with 5 TDs in the 3rd quarter! Thanks for bringing him up a few weeks back.
 
Ty Simpson 246 yards passing first half. Bama looks the better team for sure. A few crucial mistakes including a dropped pick 6 by Lber Jefferson and a thrown pick 6 by Simpson.

But Ty has had a great first half...easily the better qb. Jam Miller needs to stay on the bench. TE Josh Cuevas looks a future NFL player for sure.

If a turnover free 2cd half and Bama will win by 2 tds.I expect Bama's defense will get an interception soon.
 
Fitzgerald was all over the field for Northwestern today, even announcers took notice. Shame they couldn’t hang on.

@Leonardfan noticed that blown South Carolina lead. I’m always amazed when teams blow 3 score leads and end up losing.

I'd say they are pretty even and both should be top 15 picks. Simpson has thrown the ball quite a bit more today and his accuracy, arm strength and quick release are great. Mateer is great making things happen and using his legs.

It's pretty pathetic! Still not a believer in A&M unless they actually win the championship. Struggling against a 3-6 team at home isn't a good look.

He had 14 tackles, a TFL, a PD, and an INT for the game.
 
Interesting that Virginia were the dogs today even though they are ranked and Duke seems average at best. Maybe the bookies fell for the hype that magical Mensah is better than Chandler Morris? Well UVA is winning easily 31-3 and Morris is thoroughly outplaying his counterpart. Also Fisher Camac has 2 sacks.

As I type this Duke score with the TD to Barkate.

Yessir LF. He was injured earlier in the season and has come on strong to lead Mercer to a possible deep run in the FCS playoffs. Only a freshman out of Rolesville NC. I don't think he'll be a Mercer for his entire career. Mercer currently ranked 8th.
BTW, I have been having trouble logging in. I played golf earlier today and then did some yard work. Haven't watched much football today, but enjoying the Alabama/OU game. Two really good QB's.
Looking forward to the Georgia/Texas game later this evening!

OU's defense played well in the end putting pressure on Simpson. Great game. Hope both QB's become great NFL QB's. Simpson is good, but I like watching Mateer make things happen.

Glad to see they came back. Lonergan had a big game for BC. Hopefully O'Brien states he is the starter for next year and builds the team around him. BC is admittedly a dumpster fire currently.

Mateer is definitely a playmaker! Elite athlete.
Simpson may be better all-around and better in the NFL. No run game finally cost Bama and of course the turnovers were the different. Hoping they both become great professionals.

Oklahoma earned the win, no doubt

Agreed on Alabama's lack of running game. This loss certainly was not on Simpson and his traits are tremendous.

UVA is in the certainly the favorite in the ACC now as long as Morris stays healthy. It's a good story for Chandler Morris who has had to deal with the covid nonsense, injuries and navigating the transfer portal.
 
So much hype given to Texas WR Wingo as an impact player. He trips over his own two feet on his first reception and then drops an easy pass from Manning to stall the drive. Hurts Manning's stats, however Arch looked great on the opening drive. Texas should have gotten to the end zone.
