2025 NFL Draft

Every year there seems to be new scout lingo in an effort to justify drafting mediocre to poor blacks. This year the made up phrase that stuck out to me was “route snap”! Lmao I guess “good route runner” is seen as too white a trait so “route snap” has that flashier sound that blacks will be ok with
 
Bears select OT Ozzy Trapilo. Too bad I was hoping he would end up on the Pats.
 
The fastest TE and the fastest guard in this year's class are both White, must be that deceptive speed.
 
I'd expect the following players to be selected at some point tonight - Jack Sawyer, Danny Stutsman, Kyle McCord, Cam Skattebo, Will Howard, Quinn Ewers, Ty Robinson
 
Ratledge probably the biggest steal of the draft so far. Guaranteed high level starter in the second round while other teams are taking fliers on sumos.

Denver remains RB needy, would like to see Skattebo land there but the Iowa RB is still on the board.

Denver drafted some RB from UCF unfortunately.
 
White percentage hovering around 20% just like always. But there's no agenda and anyone who thinks there is one is a "conspiracy theorist."
 
How many defensive tackles and offensive tackles have been taken just in the first two rounds?? Four years from now many if not most of them will already be forgotten.

I'm sure the annual run of small, slow black safeties will begin soon enough.

Don't forget the 25+ CBs that seem to get drafted every year.
 
Really hope the Browns don't draft Sanders or Milroe and end a promising draft.

With WR Jack Bech going just before ...that wold have been "sensory overload" had they gone back to back

When is the last time a Draft had a White WR & RB with consecutive picks?? Very few.....

Head still spinning the Browns selected White Defensive players in Round 1 & 2
 
Bills pass on Jack Sawyer, Ty Robinson and Danny Stutsman for Landon Jackson. Give me a break.

After St. Brown and Williams the Lions don't have a lot at WR. And Williams is a bonehead type who's likely to be suspended again, or arrested, or screw up somehow. I like the landing spot.
