Year 3 of Fickell era.. Another transfer QB, 3rd year in a row. Welcome Billy Edward’s. Besides that still a Snow Plow, only 2 honkeys on last years Defense, looks like 5 this season

Since 2016 Wisconsin has started 14,12,12,12, 14, 16, 12,10, and Looks like 9 in 2024. In ‘25 it will be up to 11!

Safeties Matt Jung, Matt Traynor, Owen Arnett, Charlie Jarvis and 2 true freshman tandem of Grant Dean and Luke Emmerich. Dean was a star in state RB. Both the freshman Safeties timed in 10.5-10.7 range in HS for 100 meters for our track guys on the board!! Not bad being pale faces from Wisconsin and Minnesota respectively.

Good representation on Wisconsin defense. Pale faces all over. Defensive line, LB's and secondary. Now if Yacamelli can get carries would be awesome!

New OC should mean more carries. They will also be bringing back the fullback after a two year hiatus!

YAC is a fan favorite just needs carries.

The QB situation is interesting. Edwards was good for the Terps last year in his first season. SDSU transfer Danny O'Neil initially comitted to Colorado before wising up and playing at SDSU as a true freshman. The potential is there for him.

Glad to see the defense bounce back. Tackett Curtis should become one of the best LBs in the Big 10.

They finally figured that global warming still hasn't turned Madison Wisconsin into Tempe Arizona and need a blocking back in late fall weather....

I was one of the few fans that wasn’t enamored with Longo’s spread. I knew as soon as they announced they were axing the FB his offense would be soft. Crap hire by Fickell, but good news it was only a 2 year hiatus on the Fullback.

Mike Tressel is on the hot seat! He wanted more beef up front on DL and he got it via transfer portal. Still worry about lack of edge pressure for this Defense. They ranked last in TFLs and sacks last year! Far cry from Jim Leonhard led Defense.

They have Dual threat Carter Smith in the room as well. Also landed QB Ryan Hopkins for next years class. 6’2 200 with 10.5 speed. Have a feeling his recruitment is going to blow up this season, with him moving to Mater Dei. Don’t feel like he will be committed long.
 
RSr. Kerry Kodanko lost out on RG spot to mulatto Mandell. No snow plow this season. Also TE Tucker Ashcraft is out first game. SEMO transfer TE Lance Mason and Grant Stec will see time in his absence.

Badgers open up against Miami Ohio and 7th QB DeQuan Finn Thursday night @9.

QB Billie Edwards Jr sprained his knee (rather than tearing it) yesterday. He's still a possibility to return in Week 3 against Alabama.

Wisconsin has had some bad luck with their quarterbacks lately. For all the grief Fickell deserves, he's gone with three straight white transfers.
 
Chris McIntosh should be flying to Denver ASAP begging JL at the airport to come back. Lol. Puke Dickell has turned Wisconsin into the laughing stock of The Big Ten. Destroyed a program in under 3 seasons. His hiring will go down as a cas(t)e study on what NOT to do.
 
Crazy he has outdone Andersen era lmao. Old timers are mentioning Don Morton era vibes.
 
My older brother graduated from UW. He was born and bred in Appleton and still there. My younger brother was a caddie at Whistling straits in Sheboygan! My dad surveyed in Wisconsin and was a Cheesehead, so we have always supported Wisconsin everything...all the way back to Don Hutson and Bart Starr.

It's hard to believe Fick has forgotten how to coach but his heart is in Columbus. Jim Leonard is, without any doubt , the man to lead Wisconsin to its best years ever.

The university is grotesquely liberal, unfortunately.

Good post. I’ve been critical of your SEC glazing and other nonsense. But I definitely agree that Jim Leonhard should be Wisconsin’s coach.

Thanks, I hope we can build on this common ground ! Your reply is much appreciated.

There's a reason we all are here or at least most of us. It's the fact we want our race to become its best in all aspects of life. Which means destroying those things that are hindering that process especially the Caste system in sports, social division, radical extremists, islam, open representation in politics, wokeness etc etc.

To be honest, the lack of white representation in the SEC literally disgusts me. I'll always love my south but don't confuse that with me embracing the obvious anti-white brainwashed garbage in the south or anywhere else.
