Maye does look fantastic though! The most impressive QB from last year's class.

Not a big fan of that sequence of plays for the Steelers. Play action passing in heavy personnel sets has been money for them all season long; they're at their best with 2-3 tight ends on the field. The offense takes a noticeable step back when they spread guys out and try to roll like the Bengals.
 
I feel like Pat Freiermuth is being wasted on the Steelers at this juncture. He's more of a pure receiving TE and as a result I don't think he's a good fit for Smith's offensive system, which requires TEs to be just as good at blocking as they are at catching passes. Freiermuth would be a much better fit in a McVay style of offense where the TE's main responsibility is catching passes.

There's also that critical drop he had a few weeks ago. Knowing Rodgers, that mistake probably put Freiermuth in the doghouse.
 
Many QBs have been called "coach killers" over the years because their poor play caused their coaches to get fired. But Kevin Stefanski might have earned the moniker "QB killer". I'm not saying Dillon Gabriel is good, but when over half a dozen QBs struggle in your offense, including one who has gone on to have great success elsewhere, your scheme has major problems.

The Browns' struggles go well beyond Stefanski, starting with the owner and GM. It's just a very dysfunctional organization from top to bottom.
