ah yes. You reminded me - Koekmmoer was 3rd leg on the S'African 4x400 at world relays in May. He ran a beautiful 44.23 to set them up to win Gold in 2.57.50. Worth watching that on Youtube

His arm movement looks strange but this kid is fast. It makes you wonder if it should be fixed or just let the kid run the way he wants? I would still try to clean up the arm movement as I believe there is alot more speed to burn in there. The fact that he is 18 is a BONUS!
