A couple of Polish girls got 1& 2 in the 200 at the World University Games. And a white South African girl got first in the 400.

Interesting Nikola Horowska, the girl who won the 200, won the long jump too.

I love Poland and they have that national pride like things used to be. Despite being a small country, if they can keep the globalists
from the huge mass immigrants coming there I see their track team becoming better & better. They have always been good but I
see them taking it up to another level especially considering they are not that big of a country. Faith, family, morals, culture & tradition!

their historical entanglements certainly seems to have given Poles the toughness as a unit many countries lack. Does the "good life" lead to complacency, a lack of mental toughness perhaps?. Hardship means having to fight together to achieve goals.
The Poles are no doubt a tough, proud people

Tyler Azcano the top qualifier in U20 Pan American Track and Field Championships at 100 meters with a 10.58 into a -2.9.

Hope the wind starts blowing the other way down there and he can get a fast time.

19 year old Storm Zablocki of Canada also qualified for the next round with a 10.72 into that same wind. How's that for a name

It's even better when our boys or girls have international success! This kid is a legitmately talented sprinter without a doubt. Look at
how many young sprinters from Jamaica were there and he beat all of them!

So a white sprinter is going to run for FAMU.

Well if that don’t beat all. Would have thought cross town FSU would have given him a look especially after trey Harrison’s success but I have to say I think this is pretty cool.

If for he gets good coaching and excels at sprint events at what is essentially an all black university that would open a few eyeballs.

The 2023 European Under 20 Championships starts on August 7th! I have had this championship circles on my calendar for
a very long time. So manay great sprinters as well as rising start track athletes in so many different events. I expect some new
personal bests to come from many of these young men and women. I really hope Marek Zakrzewski finally goes in the 10.20's
or lower wind legal. He just missed a new p.b running a 10.16 2 weeks ago slightly windy. So close!

Are you guys familiar with Will Floyd? He won the Pan Am junior 400 in 45.62. He is listed as being 19 years old from Canada.

17 year old Polish Sprinter Marek Zakrzewski ran a new p.b. of 10.29 in the opening round of the mens 100 meter heats. I've been waiting
patiently all year for him to finally break into the 10.20's. Let's hope there is more to come as he is so young yet so talented. In the
second mens semi final Marek Z. went even faster but the wind will not let it count sadly. Regardless with his 10.25 windy he will be in the
mens 100 meters finals tommorow. One thing I love about this kid is that he is as mentally tough as he is physically fit! Ice in his veins!

One last thing. Marek Zakrzewski will be also in the 200 meters starting tommorow. So he has a busy day with the heats and then running
in the 100 meters finals tommorow night. I feel this kid is special. Wouldn't it be cool to see the 2022 European Under 18 Champion come
back and become the European Under 20 Champion at only 17 years of age. I knew he would make the finals but I would like to see him
at least medal or even better to win it!

White sprinters make up 6 of the 8 finalists for the mens 100 meters finals tommorow night! In addition to Marek Zakrzewski a few more
guys to watch closely are Valentin Jensen of Denmark and Filip Federic of Slovakia. My sleeper is Adas Dombrauskas of Lithiania. Any of
these guys could potentially medal and these 4 sprinters all should have a bright future ahead of them!

Yes I agree. Filip Federic of Slovakia has a p.b. of 10.32 from earlier this year. Would like to see him get a little
better start and hopefully p.b in the finals.

Another guy to keep a close eye on is Valentin Jensen. He is so skinny yet he flys. Natural born sprinter. He reminds me alot
of Karl Erik Nazarov. I think Jensen has a higher potential in the future. Valentin Jensen won his race going away.
