the british mens 4x100m squad 3 whites and a halfbreed wins the 4x400m relay gold, France 4 blacks wins the womens 4x400m relay by .02 over a mixed nederlands team... Surprisingly neither the polish mens or womens 4x400m teams fared well...

Israel is such a hypocritical country...literally hating everyone essentially yet allowing negros to compete for them.....

Take away from these U20's....within the next 10 years it will be 70/30 negroes versus whites...the point being is the infrastructure is already there and cannot be stopped....

The women's 4x400 relay team from the Netherlands was all white.
They had a terrible first leg, but were oh so close to pulling off the victory.

Yeah the globalists are destroying all white countries by design. They want to replace us so there are no white countries left on earth.

On the bright side the German Mens 4 x 100 Relays Squad looked good and they had 4 white guys. The Polish 4 x 100 Mens also did
but they didn't run Marek Z. just as a precaution as he had races 6 times already in the first 3 days. Despite this they finished in 4th
in a new seasons best. If Marek ran the anchor leg they would have probably got the silver or bronze medal.

Some countries that I never see any african athletes are Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Norway, Iceland and there might
be a few others. So at least some european countries have stayed true to their people, morals, culture, values and traditions. Those are
the countries I root for the most. France, Netherlends, Sweden, England and many others are all falling quickly and the teams show this.
Many parts of England and France now are like the middle east. Europe like America needs new leaders and not the traitors in office now.

Russian Sprinter Yaroslav Tkalich just ran a new personal best time of 10.16 +0.6. Sadly no Russian Athletes will
be allowed to compete at the World Championships just like the Olympics and every other championship. This
is still a very good time and I'm glad to see alot more of the Russian Mens Sprinters having some success despite
only being allowed to race against each other. Tkalich also ran a 200 p.b of 20.46 last month in Russia.

Actually I was somewhat encouraged by these championships.
I believe all Men's running events were won by white Europeans.

To continue on the positive side we saw male white sprinters win gold medals in the 100, 200 and 400 meters! All of the
sprinters in the 200 and 400 that made the finals were white. The 100 meter finals had 6 out of 8 guys that were white!

It totally changes the dynamic of the race and opens a door for Natalia Kaczmarek to medal. It also may show that Sydney's body is starting to break down and she has peaked. Passing up a meet this big is no small decision.

I want to highlight some rising stars from Euro U20 Championships that we need to keep an eye on in the future:

18 yr old Niels Laros of the Netherlands won both the 1500m and 5000m. He is a prodigy who had previously bettered Jakob Ingebrigsten's European U18 records in 1500m and 3000m. Definitely a star in the making.

Another distance prodigy is Agate Caune of Latvia. She won both the women's 3000m and 5000m in dominating fashion. Her margins of victory were incredible - 30 seconds in the 3000m and 47 seconds in the 5000m. Again, definitely another star in the making.

Bozhidar Saraboyukov of Bulgaria, who I had never heard of, took 2nd in both the long jump and triple jump. Previously, he had been a high jumper, so he is new to both events, and could continue to improve significantly. His 8.22m long jump, missed 1st place by 1 cm and bettered the previous Championship record.

Similarly, Angelina Topic of Serbia easily won the women's high jump and placed 6th in the long jump. She is a versatile athlete won also competes in the pentathlon.

They were of course, other great performers, but these 4 especially stood out to me as ones to keep an eye out for in the future.

I agree with all of them but don't forget the main man Marek Zakrzewski. Nice work jacknyc. I agree with everything you said. The future
looks to be exciting at least in track. Now the world is a little scarier but that's for another topic. The European Under 20 Champs and
the European Championships are so fun to watch. I get a little depressed when they finish as we get to see all the men and women we
root for and talk about at the same time going heat to head on the track and in the field events as well.

All the athletes I listed have marks or times that put them among the top European seniors.
Laros - 14th;
Caune - 2nd;
Saraboyukov - 4th;
Topic - 4th.

It looks like Amy Hunt is back.
She ran 11.13 today in England. Not sure about the wind, but I think it was legal, as it is being reported as a PB.

Adam Thomas 10.14 and Joe Ferguson 10.25 and 20.68 at the same meet.

I hope that it was legal. They haven't added it to the world athletics womens 100 meter list yet. Hope it's counted.

Another woman we wont see at the World Champs is Russian Sprinter Kristina Makarenko who ran a 11.10 +0.3 on
August 3rd in Russia. Remember that they are only allowed to compete at home and only against each other. Russia
is really rising in the sprints talent wise with the men and women but the WEST continues to give them the middle finger.

22 year old German Sprinter Felix Fruhn ran a p.b. of 10.25 in China a little over a week ago. Good to see and maybe he will be one to
watch in the next few years. He also has a p.b. of 20.90 in the 200 meters.

Amy Hunt's time was wind legal - 11.13 (1.5w)
Adam Thomas and Joe Ferguson also ran wind legal times with 1.7w.

Talk about perfect conditions. Why can't Henrik Larsson, Samuel Ceccarelli or Rohan Browing get the same conditions? Even
Dominik Kopec when he ran has 10.05 with 0.1 wind. He would have went sub 10 with the same legal wind they had.

I mentioned Russian Sprinter Kristina Makarenko running a p.b. of 11.10 +0.3 wind recently. Look at her season as she has been very good.
Too bad she won't be at the World Champs but she has had a very nice season!

Well, Samuele Ceccarelli didn't even make it out of the heats at the World Championships, running a 10.26. Very disappointing, but he hadn't looked good in his last couple of races.
Rohan Browning and Domenik Kopec did advance, running 10.11 and 10.12 respectively. Also Henrik Larsson, 10.16.
