I asked the posters a while back what they thought of doing somethingsimilar to your ideaand they were unanimously against it, butat some point if we have enough active posters I can see doing something like that out of necessity. "Happy Hour" refers to bar talk, which certainly isn't always about happy subjects. This forum is basically a free-for-all and I like it that way. My only concern is that the threads come and go so quickly that it's easy to miss some altogether before they go to the second page of topics.

This is my response to all those videos posted on youtube. I tried to hyperlink this, but it didn't work. Anyway, here's a video clip that I think we'll all enjoy (even though our self-hating, White, liberal "fans" will call us hatemongers just for liking it). The video is a fight between 6'1", 215 lb. First of all, the Mali Empire began as a loose federation of African tribes in West Africa, it was not some sort of Islamic colony. 'Muslims' does not automatically equal Persians or Arabs. Secondly, Egyptians did not found any empire other than their own.

Sorry to burst your guys' bubble, but sub-Saharan Africa has been home to civilizations, not just primitive African villages.

From article: Let it be said that: South of the equator, there are no cities that were inhabited by blacks which could've been considered cities in the normal sense of the word as you would understand them.

That's not to say the blacks didn't have "cities" composed of huts, which they did. The Zulus for example had their "capital city" and during the reign of Chaka, he actually decided to relocate his capital. Since the entire "city" was composed of nothing but huts made of wood and grass, it was pretty easy to abandon one site in its entirety and to move elsewhere.

Since blacks did not build stone or brick structures, and had no plumbing, water works or any other modern infrastructure (they did not even build roads or have wheeled vehicles), the relocation of a whole village was not an issue.

Blacks never were advanced enough to develop a "civilisation" in the way it is understood in Europe, Asia even the Americas under Indians.

"Civilization" means a group of people living in the same locale in the same type of housing without killing each other.

I haven't seen any aerial photos of anything like the Great Wall of China in Africa. Or Hadrian's wall, for that matter. What about roads? Aquaducts? The Apian Way? HOW ABOUT LIBRARIES???

I for one would actually appreciate a rebuttal. If you can point me to any sources that indicate that Sub-Saharan Africa had any empires or civilizations on equal footing with the Romans, Greeks, Chinese, Babylonians, Assyrians, Indians, Etruscans, Phoenicians, Aztec, Maya, Inca, etc, I'll be glad to review them and remain open minded enough to be persuaded, if the evidence is there.

If you can point me to any sources that show evidence of the presence of aquaducts, paved roads, plumbing, complex structures, written law, medicine, calendars, astronomy, philosophy, etc, I'd like to review those as well.
