Hey Englishman, do you know anything about this guy David Nugent? I haven't seen him play, but aparently he's tearing up the championship and almost got transfered to the top flight in January, and he's only 21. Now McClaren's called him up to the national team, is he the real deal?

Yea the guy has it all. The last transfer window in January a few Premiership teams tried to buy him, but Preston wanted too much money (around £6-8 million) for him which keeps happening with Championship teams who want too much money for their talented young English players. So instead Premiership teams are forced to look abroad instead as it's cheaper. Ironically enough when that transfer window closed at the end of January he went and scored the most amazing goal in the FA cup 4th round. He picked up the ball in his own half and ran the whole way into the opposition box and cooly placed it into the top corner. I highly advise you to check him out on youtube, especially that goal against Crystal Palace.
