Michael is an all state receiver from Katy TX. Last year as a junior, he had 63 catches for 1399 yds (22.2 ypc) and 18 TDs. Katy HS lost to Southlake Carroll in the TX 5A State Championship game last year. He is 6-0 180lbs and at some recruiting camps this past summer he ran the 40 yd dash in 4.34 and 4.36 seconds. He is also an accomplished baseball player.

He is not getting a great deal of interests from the Big 12 schools, but TCU is showing alot of interest. If he goes to TCU, he will rejoin his high school QB from last year, Andy Dalton, who is a freshman at TCU. Good luck Michael!!

How the hell do you have those kinds of stats, run a 4.34 40, and still not get a BCS team's schlarship. Oh wait he's a white WR. Nevermind.

Well, here we are only three weeks until signing day and Michael Fuda has only one Division 1 offer, from lowly New Mexico State.

What were his stats like this year? Did he have a down year or is it just your typical screwing over of a white skill pos. player?

His stats were down with a new QB and a good running game. He still had 738 yds receiving, 8 TDs (top 10 in the Houston area) and a 31 yd reverse for a TD. Also had punt returns of 71 yds and 93 yds for TDs.

He is totally getting screwed.

Michael Fuda signed a letter of intent with Rice yesterday.

Much better to go with a bowl team than NMSU and close to home.

WTF? What hind of excuses are the caste supporters gonna come up with for this one? He's probably a "hard worker", "not explosive enough", " and a special teams demon".

Rice needs a great WR who is white. They need more whites period. I hope he's able to start and put up big numbers there.
