Ah, Stormfront...
Yes, that portal certainly isn't short of potent intellects, is it? Every few months or so, I satisfy my cat-like curiosity by browsing their forum, which is always good for a laugh.
A couple of weeks ago I spotted a post by some dim-witted, doubtlessly council estate slag (whose real name is probably Jazmin or Jordan) which sagely stated that "The Poles aren't even White. They are part of the SLAVIC race". Well, one cannot possibly argue with such superlative scholarship, sadly indicative of the kind of outlandish "theories" which flourish (and, most tellingly, are allowed to flourish) within the Stormfront ecosystem...
While we're on the subject, the use of the term "Aryan" by White Nationalist groups constitutes a glaring public-relations faux pas (on a similar scale to pissing one's light-coloured pants while addressing a function sans lectern). Like it or not, the word has wide-ranging negative connotations and employing it instantly puts one on the defensive.
I don't require Sanskrit loan-words to describe my race - White or European is more than sufficient. As for so-called "rankings", this is November 2012, not the golden age of phrenology or the ****ing 1930s. In order to make some genuine political headway, unnecessarily divisive or needlessly controversial terminology and half-arsed "speculations" should be avoided at all cost - and one doesn't need to be some sort of supra-genius to figure that out.
Call me mad, but I strive to attract people to the pro-White cause, not to drive them away...
By the by, I'm definitely not having a go at Dixie - just at the concept of "rankings" and all of the associated "Aryan" bull****. :icon_wink:

The word Aryan is used interchangably with Indo-Europeans. The key genetic marker of the Indo-Europeans is the R1A Y-Chromosome. R1A is most pravalent in Eastern Europe, India, Iran and Pakistan. The truth of the matter is that Indo-Europeans never had a huge genetic effect on Europe, they were already genetically very similar to the population they were being assimilated to. Their biggest contribution was cultural by way of the Indo-European languages.
The word Aryan is meaningless in its modern context, genetically speaking Basques and people from the British Isles are extremely close. Basques don't even speak an Indo-European language, are they any less Aryan than Britons? Are Eastern Europeans more closely related to Iranians than they are to western Europeans? Of course not!

I like Norman Lowell's Aryan or Indo European polilical and spiritual view of unity for the white race. He highlights four racial subgroups or racial "cousins" of Europe: the Latins, the Teoutons, the Slavs, and the Anglo Saxons. I'm sure we could argue about classification all day long, but his reference to them as "cousins" we cannot.
