Chris Quinn has the game, what he needs is minutes, simple as that.RBNY123 said:ur right it was 37, that is amazing, i wish he would dunk a few just to shut everyone up. He isn't playing i mean even though he may not be getting a lot of minutes he still is scoring on average 6 points a game.

Is it any coincidence that the only centers I can think of to get 10 assists consistently are/were white? Pau Gasol, Brad Miller, Vlade Divac, Arvydas Sabonis etc.
Whites are naturally unselfish players. But, why is it you never see more than 5 whites in the TOP 10 assists charts? It's because they hardly touch the ball. Pau Gasol could make 5-6 assists per game if the ball went through him more. The same is true for other skilled passing whites (especially the guards). You make assists with the ball in your hands too y'know. The fact whites hardly demand for the ball is another sign of unselfishness, or just lack of assertion.pistol pete said:Freethinker said:One of our future stars Marc Gasol had his best game of his young career last night. Well, because those guys can pass.
hard to get 10 assists if you don't know how to pass.
For instance the late Yinka Dare had 4 assists -- in 110 career games.
by the way, i was at the game when Brad Miller had the triple double. he was on the kings and he really put it to my Grizzlies.

Robert Swift has been injury prone ever since he jumped to the NBA from high school. While he did have some promising games, the Thunder have virtually given up on him. The signing of Nenad Krstic sez it all. Krstic has been playing solid in his return trip to the NBA, not bad when he busted his knee two years ago. Nick Collison is also playing solid basketball at the moment.Don Wassall said:What happened to Robert Swift? Injuries, or an inability to make the jump from high school to the NBA?

He plays but not many minutes. He only averages 3.5 points per game in 14 minutes of playing time.
It was a career high for him. But he's been on the bench all season. Though he might see significant action as the season closes. His rookie year has been really quiet with a few sparks. We'll just have to see next season. I have no doubt he's got great upside to his game, not to mention his incredible athleticism. He just needs serious playing time, and I hope he will get it next season. If not, then something is really wrong with the coaching staff. His athleticism is off the charts!
