Good morning Dixie, Yep, those are our people and there's still a spark of that type of person still burning in each of us on this site. Here's another coal mine video. This is real unionism at work. Not "teachers" or any state workers or anything like that. The cops were the company goons then. Now the cops and teachers say they're union people - BS.

Harlan County USA - YouTube Nov 25, 2006 ... This is the Harlan County USA movie trailer. This is a documentary talking about

Tom, thanks for posting that link. I've seen that documentary 2-3 times...it's a good'un. Coal mining, steel workin', loggin/lumberjacks, commercial fishing and oil rig work are "real men's" jobs indeed. I've got loads of respect for men in those industries.

I'm blessed to have a professional/technical "white collar" job, but it's not always enjoyable and has a slew of politics. Although the money and benefits are good, I often wish I did "real man's" work. However, I'm too vested in my career and have a family to support. I couldn't afford a big pay cut right now. In my younger days, I framed houses, ran gas lines (pipe fitting) and did some landscaping. Sometimes I miss that "real" work. :embarassed:

I did a lot of manual labor when I was younger and I enjoyed it. I still rebuff people who insist that various non-white groups can outwork Whites at manual labor jobs. I used to compete against the minorities that I worked around and was never beaten by any of them. What a nice job of brainwashing the cultural marxists have done in making many Whites think they are inferior in almost every way. We have become lazy in many ways, no doubt, but I still know plenty of hard working White men. I'd argue that American White men are on average the hardest working people on earth. Of course nowadays we get no respect for it. The whole thing is maddening, just like the Caste System.

If you want to annoy a minority, tell them how much you enjoy your job. It drives them crazy.
