Weston Dacus

[Jimmy Chitwood]

Weston Dacus is an undrafted free agent linebacker from the University of Arkansas. he has had a strong training camp and pre-season, and is currently listed as the starter at left outside linebacker on the team's web site.

Dacus had been working as a middle linebacker for much of camp. he led the Chiefs in tackles in their most recent pre-season game.

as an aside, Dacus was an incredible running back in high school. not a speed guy, he ran very much like the power backs that have come en vogue with so many programs... of course, he doesn't have that "something extra" those backs do.
