Gakic had a great formula a few years ago. However, they changed the chemical make-up of their product. Now its called Gakic "Hardcore" and is loaded with all kinds of ungodly stimulants. I used to take it before hockey games, and wasn't able to sleep for two days. Its crap, if you are currently using it, throw whats left of it in the sh*tter before you blow your adrenal glands to sh*t.
Cell-tech is also crap. It blows you up with water weight for a few months, making you think you're making "great gains". Only, when you cycle off of it, you piss it all out, and your size as well as your money goes right down the sh*tter.
As a rule of thumb, stay away from any of that gong-show bullsh*t you see advertised in the magazines. Its all chemically-induced garbage that ACTUALLY DETERIORATES THE HUMAN BODY MORE THAN YOU KNOW. If you want to burn fat and gain muscle safely, a supplement called "tonalin" is available. If you want to gain strength safely, "dessicated liver tablets" is another harmless supplement if used properly. There are so many things out there that are both safe and affordable that work quite well, but the industry doesn't want you to know that. I learned the hard way.
