I work in a factory that has a predominately black work force. We have a lot of quality spills. Twenty years ago with a predominately white( redneck ) work force we were considered the best manufacturing plant for our product in the world. I wonder if the ultra wealthy who are always looking for cheaper labor created affirmative action knowing what it woul do to quality and productivity so they could use it as an excuse to move over seas?

Outsourcing of the American manufacturing base and insourcing of foreign (3rd rate) workers (via traitorous H-1B vias) is all about destroying the American middle class to more easily implement a regional IGO (ala the NAU). It's part of the Globalist Elite's master plan towards a world government. I believe that affirmative action was part of the cultural Marxist agenda to de-stablize White, Christian, American men. By watering down the workforce, quality of education, the PTB could also forward their plans for a world government.

A quality spill is a major rejection from a customer. Most of this was done by one personnel manager who decided to let the state employment agency screen the applicants. I have been in the local office and their is one white male and one white female out of 20 counselors. There are only two other places of employment with in a 50-60 mile radius that have similar pay and benefits for a job that requires nothing more than a high school diploma. The lowest paying job in the plant pays a round $32,000 a year. So this is a sought after place of employment. With black Government employees deciding who did and did not get applications it did not not take long before almost every production applicant was black. After the hourly workforce reached about 60% of course the complaints about apartheid started and blacks were either promoted or hired into supervisory and in a very few cases technical roles. None of the black techies have lasted. The rednecks started being culled after the black supervisors and the black Personnel department started administering discipline differently. There are blacks who have attached other employees that kept their job and whites who have been fired for off color jokes. I am just trying to hang in until I can retire in about 4-6 years.

Very interesting Tired Old White. And stomach churning. In line with my observation that the drawbacks of these minority hiring practices manifest themselves most when they shoehorn unqualified ethnics into technical and supervisory positions. That's when things really start going downhill. You just absolutely cannot replace whites with non-whites and expect the same performance.

As for this being part of a scheme to ship more jobs overseas, who knows. With all these problems with quality I'm sure this situation is becoming a real headache for the higher ups. I wonder if their phone records show a big spike in traffic with Asian countries.

Let's just hope they hold off for another four to six years anyway. I do feel sorry for the white guys left who are ten or fifteen years behind you though.Edited by: The Hock

Edit: Also, TOW, having worked temporary factory jobs for a couple of arrogant black supervisors myself, unless I missed it, what's the race of your supervisor and what's your relationship with him/her?

My first job out of college was in an IT Call Center (for a Fortune 10 Corp). Fortunately, I advanced fairly quickly. However, right before I received a promotion to another position (outside that call ctr), I noticed they started staffing their (entry level) call "taker"/CSC positions with boatloads of bruthaz/sistuhz. In order to keep up their AA #s/stats for PR, they loaded entry/low level positions with minorities. The more they brought in the untermenschen, the more their key stats (SLAs, etc.) fell. They were willing to sacrifice quality of service for PR. The current trend is to sacrifice quality for $ savings...via outsourcing to India, etc. Customers hate the atrocious lack of service they get from these "rubyknoggins". These Globalist controlled big corporations play their roles for the PTB/NWO.

We had a bunch of jobs outsourced to India and it hasn't worked very well and we are forbidden to tell a customer with a complaint that these functions were outsourced to India.

The whole idea of blacks in this society anymore (even in this dumbed down society) is ridiculous. They serve no function and daily are falling further and further behind, if that's even possible. As for the mexicans, they're better than blacks, but their window of opportunity here is closing as well. They too are limited by low IQ and cultural deficiencies and very shortly, through higher technology will become very much, excess baggage as well. Here's something not talked about with the mexicans, but is an upcoming problem. What happens to the mexican children brought up here who are doomed to fail in this country? I assure you, they won't want to do the work their parents are doing. They'll be too Americanized for that. I also assure you that they're too Americanized to make it in mexico now. Therein lies a ticking timebomb.

I did know a guy from Ecuador when I lived up in the city who didn't want his kid in esl classes, but because of his last name, the kid was always assigned to ESl classes. The guy finally had to put his kid in a Catholic school, which he couldn't afford to keep his kid in English only classes. As he said, what the kids learn in ESL classes is what he called "Spanglish," guaranteed to louse the kids up.

My supervisor is a "Native American" he hates my guts. He would fire me except his boss will not let him. When the poop hits the fan I am still the Engineer everyone seems to want. I am also the only White Male Engineer in the department.

Good morning Sir. I'm sorry to hear that an Indian guy is like that. I always got along with the Indian guys on the job. They're good workers and good guys in my trade. I believe you though. They're people too and I guess they produce as many lemons as any other group.

I have a physically demanding job. Every so often we hire black men. The longest any of them have lasted is about two weeks.

Wristshot, welcome to Caste Football! What do you do for a living? I know the bruthaz usually can't stand the hardcore "mule" work. I used to frame houses during the summers in HS (before the Mexi invasion was really bad) & most all the crews were good ol' boys.

Tons of blacks love to work in telemarketing. It's a fact because it's very easy work. I worked in several telemarketing companies years ago and the workforce was almost all black.

Sir, good question. What happened is that judges ordered the integration of ur local union (Structural Ironworkers). It was evident from the start that blacks weren't able to the work. Later, after OSHA was formed, work rules were put in place to disguise the fact that blacks weren't up to the work. With the new rules, if a man tried to do the work like he'd been taught, he'd be fired and the "union" wouldn't back him up. In effect, he'd be unemployable. Later, after blacks, women were thrown into the mix to further bring in more people who couldn't do the work creating an illusion that minorities could work.

I don't think the above video will play. Somehow I loused it up, but if you google it, you'll see White men who could do the work and the difference of them and our mainstream White man of today. The difference is easy to see by the naked eye. God, I miss those men.

Jared Taylor does a good job handling his pro-affirmative action opponent in this appearance. There may be some disgruntlement here since he used the fact that the NBA is 77% black to bolster a very key point.

This is a little off topic, but has anyone seen NBC's new show about Outsourcing? It's a "comedy"about outsourcing with a mostly Indian cast. I don't find anything comical in our jobs being outsourced. Talk to any auto worker\factory worker who has lost their job overseas and they will tell you there is nothing funny about it. Stupid show..

I didn't know that started yet. I thought that was a fall show. It's not just factory workers that get outsourced. It office and tech jobs also.

Also, it's not just OUTsourcing (which has decimated the U.S. manufacturing base), but also INsourcing (where these 3rd rate, arrogant "rubyknoggins" are brought in for chicken feed to steal American jobs). The H-1B insourcing effects mostly White collar jobs (IT, engineering, etc.), whereas outsourcing effects blue collar (manufacturing) jobs. Of course the illegal invasion is also "insourcing", which effects blue collar workers (landscaping, construction, etc.) as well. We need to stand for our Republic until the bitter end.

Would thisfellow promote AA if it meant his fellow tribesmen displaced as well? Seems the that AA does not affect Jews as much as Non-Jewish Whites. Harvard is the prime example.
