Nice article about the Klitschko's. article

The reference to Mike Tyson like characters is something that should have been said a long time ago.

Thanks, I enjoyed that.

I can hardly wait for Vitali's fight with Arreola.

Yes I can't wait for this fight. Unfortunately I do not have HBO so I will have to find a stream or go to a bar and watch it. Arreola should present more of a challenge to Klitschko than Gomez or Peter. I don't know if Vitali will be able to knock Arreola out. He will win most likely on points. My prediction is a UD for Vitali with Vitali winning 8 rounds.

Is it me or are the promoters trying legalize medicinal marijuana? All I am hearing is the Flock of Seagulls and the Traveling Willburies on this broadcast.....

Wow never has a challenger weighed less and looked more corpulent..

This looks like an early blowout the natural strength difference is enormous. Klitschko has to get old overnight for him to lose.

Arreola is a dangerous fighter. He is very strong and has beaten some good fighters so far in his career. With that being said he is going against possibly the best heavyweight of all time in Vitali Klitschko. Klitschko is more athletic, has better defense and even more power than Arreola. I don't expect Vitali to knock Arreola out. I am predicting a UD for Vitali.

It is a few pounds heavier than what he fought in the Gomez fight. It is not a big difference for a very tall fighter like Vitali.

Wow, Chris looks like sh.t. I don't care what anyone says, he was eating alot during training. He is truely the Burrito King. I see Vitali ending this thing around 8th or 9th via KO or TKO. Christ looks like a stuffed pig.

Arreola is just doesn't have a six pack abs type of body. I think he's in excellent shape. I'm wondering if he's wearing lifts in his shoes though.

I'm sure he's strong as a bull, but I don't know what he has to beat Klitchko with. The only threat I see is Klitchko with his injury history hurting himself dealing with Arreola's strength, especially if the fight goes rounds.

I say Klitchko early, if he wants to.

Yeah, no way this goes to a decision. Vitali's M.O. is to pulverize a guy for 7-9 rounds and have him quit mentally and physically after a beating. Occasionally, he scores the early KO, like against Herbie Hide and Kirk Johnson.

If Arreola does win it will be due to a big punch. But Vitali has an iron chin and this is unlikely unless he gets old overnight ala Chuck Liddell.

My guess is Vitali TKO 7 after a bloody, one-sided Klitschko beatdown.

Very good article on Vitali Klitschko by Doug Fischer of the Ring:

hard to beat

Doug Fischer has a lot more class and rises above people like Eric Raskin, William Dettloff and Ivan Goldman, who have always been unfairly negative about the Klitschkos.

Arreola has bigger boobs than me mum! On a side note, Vitali will simply need to use his jab early rounds, some movement and an occasional cross or hook. Eventually, El Poncho Grande will wear out and become a glorified puching bag with a K.O. win for Klitschko.

They have a handycam photo of Chris on the internet where he looks like Jabba the Hut. This was in July. So this is probably the best shape he can get in. Similar to a biggest loser type boot camp.......

I live in Arizona. I can only imagine if Chris were to pull the upset. I don't even want to think about it! Lol.

Vitali by k.o. or decision at worst. He should win easily but it will probably look very close on the score cards because of the fight being in Los Angeles in front of over 10,000 Latinos. The judges realize who the crowd likes so Vitali better bring his A Game. I can't wait to watch this fight. I don't think I have ever wanted a knock out so bad. Edited by: white lightning

There was an interesting interview of Vitali on ESPN. Towards the end of the interview, Vitali states, I am paraphrasing here, " Fighting is not about nationalities or color of skin, it is the best who wins." I could never imagine a American White fighter saying that, not to mention a White player in the NFL. White Athelets should take a que from Vitali.
