Utah's defense looked good last night. Scalley and Weddle make a top flight safety pair and the linebackers have speed. Like to see them play for a national title.

Utah not getting any respect shows how the BCS
will attack white players. After all, a team with many white
linebackers and safeties in addition to an athletic white quarterback
cannot be credible. Soceity thinks that mid-western colleges that
play whites are backwards. That is why Utah could not get a game
against Oklahoma, USC, or Auburn. Also, look at JB Cash's article
on BYU. This perfect season should prevent Utah from going down
BYU's path.

Utah put a real whoopin' on Pitt on both sides of the ball in the Fiesta Bowl. A very impressive team, too bad there's not a playoff system instead of the Bowl games, which have gotten out of control in number, to the point that about half the I-A teams now go to one each year. I'd much rather see a three- or four-week period in December, when most colleges are pretty much shut down anyway for the holidays, used for playoffs, same as the NFL does it. But too many interests, including the college football programs themselves, are making money from all the bowl games to allow for it to happen.

Eric Weddle earned MWC Defensive player of the year wth his performance. This is a good sign for white defensive backs, and should be an encouragement to all who are anti-caste system! Way to go Eric!

Also, fellow safety Casey Evans earned second team MWC this year. What a duo Utah had in that secondary with those two!Edited by: Colonel_Reb
