USF QB Matt Grothe

I was looking at the USF-UCF highlight on espn and the analyst was reffering to him as a "RB playing QB" and I was kinda agreeing with him. He's an OK QB, but he really got some moves! He got good size for a RB at 6' 200. Could be drafted like Michael Robinson as a RB, even though he got time to refine his QB skills, since he's only a soph. He'll for sure get some national exposure, as the Bulls are now #2 on the BCS polls.

Never heard of this guy. Does he get alot of rushing yards every game?

You must not watch hardly any college football. He is the QB for the BCS number 2 ranked South Florida Bulls. Yes, he gets a lot of rushing yards each game. He is running more than Tebow has.

Anybody else watching the USF-UCONN game? Grothe is an exceptionnal runner. 118 yards and a TD at the beginning of the 4th Qt.

He ended up with 146 yards. He is something else, too bad they got beat though.
