I have kind of a different viewpoint on UFO's. I do believe in alien life but I don't think(in my opinion) that God would allow those life forms to interfere with what is going on here. I think the UFO's that people are seeing and the abductions that I do think are happening are a demonic deception. Most of these experiences people are having tend to be scary and unsettling and they often talk about a malovelent force and a evil feeling after a real intense visit with these beings and/or they get messages that are unbiblical to repeat to the rest of the world.
I know there are some people on this site who are not christians and even those that are Christians who might disagree with me on this. But I do believe in a rapture and UFO's coming and removing all of us defective and silly christians so the human race can finally make that next step in evolution is the reason for all these things happening. The world is getting set up for the ultimate deception. The Bible does say there will be signs in the moon, stars and heavens during the end times. I am really opening myself up for some ridicule here but if I believe it, I should post it.
It is hard to fathom that there isn't life elsewhere in a universe so vast,with billions of galaxies and even more planets out there. They exist for a reason and not just for us to look at.Edited by: guest301
 
The "Coast to Coast" radio show on late night am radio delves much more deeply into the paranormal. Everything from UFO's to contrails, from Bigfoot to Area 51 and every psychic with a reasonable track record also appear on that show often. It's hard to take all of it seriously but it is still interesting to listen too as I try to go to sleep. They often for a change of pace have Christian prophecy teachers and scholars on the show and they don't screen the callers very well and so you don't know what's going to happen next.
 
I don't disagree with you 301, although so far my experiences haven'tcarried any evil with them. I have seen many UFOs in the skiesnorthwest ofmy Mississippi Delta hometown since January 3, 2007. My parents began seeing them the previous February, but I wasn't living there to see them myself. The closest I got to one was that first night and it wasahalf mile away at the farthest. Aftertrying to followa couple of them for a while, Iended upstanding outside my parent's car on an empty road just looking at the lights of one of the crafts as it slowly went byat an altitude that was below what most radars could pick up.It was a silent night and I could here no soundcoming from it. If I had had mydeer rifle I believe I could have hit it. The first time my parents saw many dozens of them and the next day all the clocks were screwed up in their cars. I was beginning to think they were losing some of their mental abilities until I and several other family members and friends saw them.
 
If E=MC2 is constant throughout the universe the argument about UFOs, alien life, is kind of moot; we'll never know.

Thanks jaxvid! They are still around the area but they won't let you get close to them anymore. It's really strange but I believe they are either some kind of ultra advanced military craft (I really hope so) or either something not of this world.

It is also funny that an old training jet crashed just a few miles east of there in 2007 and the military blocked off the whole area for a week. Really strange that they told the residents not to speak of it to anyone either.

My hometown has less than 100 people and in the area these craft were flying over there are very few people living. 30 or 40 years ago there would have been many people living in tenant homes on the farms, but no more. Its really becoming a deserted area that nature is starting to reclaim.

He could be talking about the theory of relativity in the idea of time slowing down or perhaps not for an inhabitant of a space craft. Otherwise the far reaches of space measured in light years would mean no living creatures could make such a jouney by standard methods. Something like that, I guess.

If Satan or any other being with supernatural powers is allowed to do basically anything he wants to decieve human beings, we are screwed aren't we?

I mean, if he can make me think there is a spaceship hanging around my window, he could make me see Mohammed walking down from a cloud telling me that Islam is the real religion. Alternatively, Muslims could argue that if Jesus appeared to someone, it was merely Saitan trying to draw them away from the true religion...and on and on. Ultimately, if such things happened, it would be impossibe for anyone to really know anything.

But the truth is, most people in the world apparently don't rate a visit from either Divine or Diabolical entities, nor UFOs, so whatever the occult conspiracy is, those in charge of it don't seem to be trying hard, IMHO.

Nope, your sincerity is beyond reproach Reb. Just having a little fun in Happy Hour. I totally believe in the story you posted earlier because I have heard similar stories like that many times before including the little fact you had about the clocks in the cars getting all screwed up after seeing a UFO. Does anybody here have a opinion on what contrails are all about?
 
Just joking around 301. I'm not sure about contrails, but I do know that jets leave condensation trails quite often. I don't think they are all bad like the guys on Coast to Coast or youtube do.

I, and five other witnesses (more than half sober), saw three UFOs while stargazing on top a Brooklyn brownstone. To tell you the truth fellas, I am simply fascinated by UFO phenomenon. I have several buddies that work military radar, and they consistently encounter UFOs. Now some, I'm sure, are space debris, but others, according to them, accelerate,indicating intelligence. <O:p></O:p>

I only liked UFO when the had Michael Schenker in the band...oops... wrong UFO.
 
UFO's are created and flown by the military. Do enough research and people will find out the truth. They have been around since Nazi Germany. Go figure. They invented the first rockets, the first jet air planes, they are responsible for the first atom bombs, and they invented the ufo which has been copied ever since.

The tv show 20/20 did a show years ago about a guy down in Mexico who saw ufo's going in and out of a lake. He was arrested by US Military, and held for a long time. He was threatened as he was interagated but eventually released. The guy finally came to the media. Any modern military can make and fly a ufo. It will never be revealed because too many countries make a killing selling books, t-shirts, movies, etc.
 
I was watching a documentary the other day about UFO's and it turned out that when the US military were testing out the F-117 in the 80's a lot of people who spotted them thought they were UFO's. Of course at the time the project was top secret so who knows what kind of technology the US army has up its sleeve.
