This where it gets confusing. UFC 72 was originally a July PPV with Silva/Marquardt and Ortiz/Evans. But the UFC supposedly announced a few days ago that the Franklin/Kampman fight in Ireland would be on 72 and the July show would be 73.

The MMA fanatics will also have a Fight Night on Spike with the TUF 5 finals and Penn/Pulver in late June

It appears that Kampman has been scratched from the card due to a knee injury. A possible replacement is Okami who recently defeated Swick.

*** And now the UFC is planning on this card being a Saturday afternoon PPV. This may set the record for fewest PPV buys.
