Where is everybody on this thread? Come on MMA experts I want some betting advice and I only bet on our guys. Let's hear it. Chael Sonnen and GSP on the same card!

Sonnen v. Rashad is 50/50 in my book. Just remember - blacks don't lose close decisions in the UFC (except to other blacks). In just the last year or so we have seen: Edgar v. Ben Henderson, Melendez v. Ben Henderson, Machida v. Davis, Dan Henderson v. Rashad, Jones v. Gustaffson, Johnson v. McCall, Johnson v. Benavidez ...etc. Go back a few years more and we have Machida v. Rampage, Dan Henderson v. Rampage, "King" Mo v. Mousasi, ...etc. The black will always win a close (and sometimes not so close) decision against a non-black in the UFC.

Not really smart to only bet on guys you like. Hard to make any money that way. Here are some picks. GSP by decision Evans by decision MacDonald by TKO or decision Woodley by lay and pray Bagautinov by decision(don't like all those chechnyan fighers but you have to admit that most of them are tough mofos) Cerrone by decision Story by TKO or decision Leites by submission

Hey I'm not talking about a lot of money here. It's just for fun with a little bit of money interest. Anyways, I don't bet on all the guys I like if I think they will lose. Only on the ones that I think will make a good bet. Anyhow, on Bovada Rashad is the favorite so if you think Chael and Evans is a 50/50 then I'll bet 20 and make something like 30 should Chael win. I see it as a good bet. Betting 20 on GSP only yields 8 bucks, but I still see it as a good bet. My opinion anyway. I don't see Hendricks able to catch GSP if he couldn't catch Koschek. GSP's defense it just too good and he will be able to outbox him. Got to look at the payout for each bet not just who you think will win. Not many people make money on it and I don't plan on making a living betting. Just for fun fellas. If I win my meal and drinks are paid for and if I lose I'll drive home sober and hungry.

GSP should win. Rory MacDonald is one of my favorites, he's a badass. I don't see Chael winning because he's fighting up in weight class and will need a ko to win. He's not a big ko guy, and I agree with previous posters that whites don't win close decisions against non-whites.

Kos is a way better wrestler than Woodley. Kos should win this if he can take it to the latter rounds.

Good win by Villante. We need more white contenders at 205. How bad is Kim Winslow as a referee? She either stops it way to late or way too early. Also, she is like 85 pounds and afraid to get in between two fighters. Gotta be some affirmative action hire but there must be better female refs than her. I would protest if she was refing my fight.

Gian Villante had gotten screwed in his last fight. He was beating Orvince St. Preux, who was greatly gas and wasn't throwing many punches. Then Villante got poked in the eye and called for time. The ref instead of calling time, asked him if he could continue and when Villante said no, thinking he was going to give him time the ref called the fight off. Easily the worst ref job ever.

I recall that. Something similar happened to James Krauss against Bobby Green last week (Green nutted him three times but was not only not DQ'd, they gave Green the win.). Why does it never happen in reverse to black fighters?

I remember see Sergio Pettis at 16 years old and 135lbs dominating 185lb men at Roufussport. While I don't root for him and his brother, they are both talented and a perfect example of why you should get your children involved in high quality gyms if you want to see real results.

Anthony Lapsley, is the Antonio Cromarte of MMA. He has 8 kids with a bunch of different women and no job.

MacDonald was so lazy that first round ... that's what lost it for him. He certainly doesn't seem to be improving much his last few fights.

Lawlor may well get the title shot against GSP. Well, at least they don't have to worry about GSP moving weight classes to avoid fighting MacDonald.
