Here's the card for tomorrow night's UFC 106 (Tito vs. Forrest 2). I'm hoping Forrest re-attaches his nards (which he didn't take to the cage vs. Silva

) & takes it to the arrogant Ortiz. I'd love to see Tito sub'd, but it's doubtful. Griffin doesn't have heavy hands to KO Tito, and Ortiz has better wrestling and G&P than Griffin.

Main Card

* Light Heavyweight bout: Tito Ortiz vs. Forrest Griffin
* Welterweight bout: Josh Koscheck vs. Anthony Johnson
* Welterweight bout: Paulo Thiago vs. Jacob Volkmann
* Light Heavyweight bout: Luiz Cane vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira
* Welterweight bout: Amir Sadollah vs. Phil Baroni

Preliminary Card (Spike TV)

* Welterweight bout: Ben Saunders vs. Marcus Davis
* Middleweight bout: Kendall Grove vs. Jake Rosholt

Preliminary Card (Non-televised)

* Welterweight bout: Brock Larson vs. Brian Foster
* Lightweight bout: Caol Uno vs. Fabricio Camoes
* Lightweight bout: George Sotiropoulos vs. Jason Dent

***I'll be pulling for Forrest, Koscheck (I know he's mulatto, but he's fighting coal-black/caste-pushed Johnson), Volkmann, Baroni, Rosholt & Dent.

- Brock Larson vs. Brian Foster = Foster by Sub (Punches) in Rnd 2.
- Kendall Grove vs. Jake Rosholt = Grove by Sub (Rnd 1).

- Marcus Davis vs. Ben Saunders = Saunders by KO (Rnd 1).
- Amir Sadollah vs. Phil Baroni = Sadollah by UD.

- Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Luis Arthur Cane = Nog by TKO (Rnd 1).
- Paulo Thiago vs. Jacob Volkmann = Thiago by UD.

- Tito Ortiz vs. Forrest Griffin = Griffin by Split Decision.

***NOTES - Saunders is looking solid at 170. He's height/reach & vicious MT clinch+knees are tough.
- I pulled for (mulatto) Kos only because he fought coal-black/caste-pushed Johnson. However, post-win Kos called out Dan Hardy...saying he didn't deserve a title shot, which was a little "TNB-ish".

- Griffin suggested a 3rd fight/rubber match.

Good to see Forrest get back in the win column. And - YES - very happy to see Koscheck beat the 170 lb version of Cheick Kongo.

Saunders just uses a tanning bed. I saw him in a UFC promo prior to his match with Swick and he is white with no doubt.

Another bright spot is Brian Foster. He looked great in beating Larson.

Why did you put Sadollah vs Baroni as a Caste matchup? Both are equally White as far as I can tell, an Italian vs Irish-Iranian. Last I checked Iranians were considered as White as Greeks or Turks. Plus Baroni comes off as kind of a jerk which is why I was pulling for Amir.

I have always liked Amir Sadollah and rooted for him against Baroni. Amir is very likeable and engaging on the mic and he could be the next Forrest Griffith as far as fan favorites go if he continues to win and rise up in the rankings.Edited by: guest301

I like Amir's demeanor as well (& Baroni is indeed a douchebag). However, I'd thought Sadollah was of Arabic decent. I wasn't aware he was Iranian & had Irish bloodlines. He certainly seems like a nice guy & good fighter. Thanks for the insight gentlemen!

***P.S. - He had his hands full with former OSU 2 time NCAA Champ/4x AA Johny Hendricks at UFC 101. Hendricks is 6-0 & fighting Ricardo Funch at UFC 107. Hendricks is of Native American lineage though.

Baroni should not even be in the UFC. his record is 13-12 and he has never beaten anyone good. He got destroyed by Joe Deisel Riggs in his last fight. I think the reason they brought him into UFC is that if Kimbo loses to Houston Alexander. Then they can have an opponett for Kimbo to face that he might have a chance to beat. The reason I don't like Baroni is not just his attitude but his gym. Hammer house. Has all the arrogant a-holes in it, Randleman, Guillard, Wes Sims, ext. They are all wrestling specialist and none are complete fighters.
Amir's dad is Arabic and mom is Irish.

Thanks for the insight Hawkeye. Looks like Alexander & Bimbo Lice are fighting at a 215 catch-weight. That'll be an interesting fight...2 affletes who swing for the fences. I wonder if one will "break script" and take it to the mat. I also notice Schoonover is on that TUF 10/HWs Finale against "TBA".

I'll be pulling for Matt Hamill to KTFO afflete Jon YOnes (also on that card). Randleman & Sims are douchebags, and Coleman strikes me the same way. You're correct that Hammer House is totally wrestling/G&P centric. They're nowhere near camps like Jackson/Winklejon.
