<h1 ="post-title">U.N. Agreement Should Have All Gun Owners Up In Arms</h1>
Red Alert:

It may not come as surprising news to many of you that the United
Nations doesn't approve of our Second Amendment. Not one bit. And they
very much hope to do something about it with help from some powerful
American friends. Under the guise of a proposed global "Small Arms
Treaty"Â￾ premised to fight "terrorism"Â￾, "insurgency"Â￾ and "international
crime syndicates"Â￾ you can be quite certain that an even more insidious
threat is being targeted â€" our Constitutional right for law-abiding
citizens to own and bear arms.

What, exactly, does the intended agreement entail?

While the terms have yet to be made public, if passed by the U.N. and
ratified by our Senate, it will almost certainly force the U.S. to:
  1. Enact tougher licensing requirements, creating additional bureaucratic red tape for legal firearms ownership.
  2. Confiscate and destroy all "unauthorized"Â￾ civilian firearms (exempting those owned by our government of course).
  3. Ban the trade, sale and private ownership of all semi-automatic
    weapons (any that have magazines even though they still operate in the
    same one trigger pull â€" one single "bang"Â￾ manner as revolvers, a simple
    fact the ant-gun media never seem to grasp).
  4. Create an international gun registry, clearly setting the stage for full-scale gun confiscation.
  5. In short, overriding our national sovereignty, and in the process,
    providing license for the federal government to assert preemptive powers
    over state regulatory powers guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment in
    addition to our Second Amendment rights

That globalist behemoth has been pushing the anti-second amendment agenda since it's inception.

I'm sure that they will continue to do so. What's important is for ALL gun owners to stock up on ammunition and supplies for that inevitable day when the second amendment is no more.

It's just a matter of time until they ban personal firearm ownership in this country. As more and more brown races take office with their communist leanings, it's only going to get tougher for law-abiding whites to retain ownership.

It's coming.

Opposition Mounts To U.N. Gun Control Treaty

0bama has thrown his full support behind the U.N. Gun Control Treaty agenda in yet another attempt to give up more of our national sovereignty over to the Globalists, as if giving up our monetary and trade policies over to them over the last 100 years wasn't enough.

At least for now, more than a majority of Senators are against it and it takes 2/3 of the Senate to ratify any U.N. agreement to subvert our Constitution and thus our sovereignty.

Of course this administration has no problem being gun runners via their illegal "Fast and Furious" program to arm the Mexican cartels and then blame it on law-abiding gun shops and owners.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Senate opposition is growing to President Obama's support for a United Nations effort that could bring international gun control into the United States and slap America's gun owners with severe restrictions.
At last count, 55 senators, including 10 Democrats, have signed letters to the president and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton saying they will oppose the Arms Trade Treaty. The treaty must win a two-thirds majority to win passage, meaning that approval appears doomed if the treaty language isn't changed.
Kansas Republican Sen. Jerry Moran is leading the largest group of opposition. He sent a letter signed by 44 other senators warning the president not to move on the treaty.
"Our country's sovereignty and the Second Amendment rights of American citizens must not be infringed upon by the United Nations," Moran wrote in the letter. "Today, the Senate sends a powerful message to the Obama Administration: an Arms Trade Treaty that does not protect ownership of civilian firearms will fail in the Senate. Our firearm freedoms are not negotiable."
The treaty, which the Bush administration had opposed, deals with the international trade of arms. It would cover the trading of conventional firearms likes those used by collectors and sportsmen and women.
The goal of the treaty is to come up with internationally recognized rules governing the trade of guns and ammo. The United States is the world's largest exporter of arms.
To sooth concerns, the administration has said that it would sign the accord only if all other states agreed to it first, but pro-gun groups view the international treaty as a first step toward home-grown gun control.
The senators and groups like the National Rifle Association argue that it would essentially gut the Second Amendment by allowing an international authority to control American gun ownership.
A final version of the treaty is expected to be finished next year.
The NRA has made killing the treaty their top goal.
"As we have for the past 15 years, the NRA will fight to stop a United Nations Arms Trade Treaty that infringes on the Constitutional rights of American gun owners," said Chris Cox, the NRA's top lobbyist. He said that Moran's letter "sends a clear message to the international bureaucrats who want to eliminate our fundamental, individual right to keep and bear arms. Clearly, a U.N. Arms Trade Treaty that includes civilian arms within its scope is not supported by the American people or their elected U.S. Senators. Senator Moran is a true champion of our freedom. We are grateful for his leadership and his tenacious efforts on this issue, as well as the 44 other senators who agree with the NRA's refusal to compromise on our constitutional freedoms."
...Meanwhile das juden vermin lawyers continue their bogus lawsuits against firearms manufacturers.
Gunmaker to pay $600K in death lawsuit
BOSTON (AP) — A Massachusetts gun-maker has agreed to pay nearly $600,000 to the families of one man who was killed and another man who was wounded in a shooting involving a gun allegedly stolen from the company, a national gun-control group announced Tuesday.
Danny Guzman, 26, was slain outside a Worcester nightclub in 1999. Armando Maisonet was wounded in the same shooting.
In a 2002 wrongful death suit against Kahr Arms, of Worcester, Guzman's family alleged that the gun was stolen and later sold by a Kahr employee with a criminal record.
The Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence announced the settlement in Washington, D.C., calling it the largest damages payment ever made by a gun manufacturer accused of negligence leading to the criminal use of a gun.
Guzman's relatives said in their lawsuit that Kahr should have done employee background checks and used metal detectors to prevent guns from being smuggled out of its Worcester factory.
The lawsuit alleged that Kahr employee Mark Cronin— who had a drug problem and a criminal record — stole the gun before it had a serial number stamped on it and sold it to Robert Jachimczyk for a gram of cocaine. The man charged in the shooting, Edwin Novas, then bought the gun from Jachimczyk for some heroin, according to the lawsuit. Cronin pleaded guilty to the gun theft and was sentenced to two years in prison. Novas was never caught; he is still listed on the Worcester Police Department's website as being wanted in the unresolved killing.
The settlement covers separate lawsuits filed by Guzman's family and Maisonet, who was wounded in the shoulder in the shooting. Under the agreement, the Guzman family will receive 70 percent of the settlement, while Maisonet will receive 30 percent.
"This settlement sends a strong signal to gun manufacturers nationwide that they will pay the consequences for their misconduct if they operate without regard for public safety," said Daniel Vice, senior attorney of the Brady Center's Legal Action Project.
Representatives of Kahr Arms could not immediately be reached for comment Tuesday. Messages were left at the company's Worcester factory.
Guzman was shot and killed in front of a Worcester nightclub on Dec. 24, 1999. Six days later, police discovered a 9mm Kahr Arms handgun behind an apartment building near where Guzman was shot. The loaded gun had been found by a 4-year-old child who lived in the building.
Lawyers for Guzman's family said he was not the intended target of the shooting.
jaxvid, word is that the kenyan-in-chief will circumvent the Senate. in an interview on Faux News, neo-con shill D!ck Morris revealed Obongo's (and Hillary's) strategy for destroying the 2nd Amendment. you can click the following link to see/hear D!ck (or should his name be Pussy Morris?) explain the possibile maneuverings.
http://patdollard.com/2012/07/dick-morris-reveals-how-obama-will-kill-the-2nd-amendment-on-july-27/
Possibly, but the Democraps know what an explosive issue this can be. Obummers tip toeing around the issue even with the Aurora incident. He won't get a single new vote by attacking gun rights and will recharge his enemies. Not to mention chase away those rural White voters that for some inexplicable reason voted for him last time.
But he still has to serve his masters so anything is possible.
New Bill Threatens to EFFECTIVELY BAN ONLINE SALES OF AMMUNITION
from the guys over at SHTF Plan:
With the United Nations poised to sign an international arms treaty that would regulate global arms sales and ownership, and Congressional members just days ago attempting to sneak a nationwide restriction on “high capacity magazinesâ€￾ into a cyber security bill, the attack on firearm ownership in America is now in full swing.
This afternoon democrat Senators Frank Lautenberg and Carolyn McCarthy unveiled what may possibly be the most sweeping anti-second amendment legislative action in recent memory. Coming on the heels of the tragic events that left a dozen people dead and scores injured in Colorado, it’s becoming painfully obvious to proponents of the Second Amendment and individual liberty that politicians on the State and Federal level are doing everything in their power to ensure this crisis does not go to waste.
Australia was effectively disarmed after a mass shooting a decade or so ago. There was no resistance that I recall reading or hearing about.
I've been involved in alternative politics in the U.S. for over a quarter of a century, and have met countless "they'll have to pry my guns from my cold dead hands" types. 99% of them were pathetic do-nothings; the refrain about their guns and "waiting for the revolution to start" was their excuse for not fighting for their country through political means when they had a chance to.
I've also been warning about the militarization of the police for some time now, again to little to no avail. It's depressing how many racially conscious Whites still focus on the black-white paradigm to the exclusion of all other issues. A well-rounded populist-nationalist outlook is what has been needed, but that's beyond the comprehension and abilities of the great bulk of the "White Nationalist movement."
Unfortunately I agree with the article linked by Werewolf. The only hope for America is for the system to fall apart from dysfunction, hubris and criminality, sort of like what happened to the USSR, but that took place with the support and blessing of the power structure of the U.S., which then embarked on its current plan to rule the world militarily, economically and socially. The powers that be in the USSR politely stepped aside and most simply changed their label and remained part of the system. It won't be anywhere near that easy here.
Don
Yes, you are correct on the do nothings regarding 2nd amendment. I believe a good avenue to political clout is the NRA which I am member of. On the militarization of the Police. Non existent, at least here in Los Angeles. Take that as a fact! Most police see the corruption of BO and his democratic cohorts. In fact most side with cilivians and want to leave law abiding civilians completely alone. .
2nd point. Yeah, the complete falling apart of the system is a logical outcome and cleansing for a startover. But how many here would be caught in the crossfire? Alot. I will be bet of the TEAParty to force the "estiblishment's" hand and Romney. If not, every man and family for himself. I am ready regardless.
When They Come For Your Guns . . . You Will Turn Them Over
The USSR was awash with weaponry after WW2. The Bolshevik regime - the same tribe that now rules here - simply declared that anyone found in possession of weapons or ammunition would be subject to the death penalty. That's all it took to totally disarm the Russian people.
Yes WW, that was the USSR, now on the trash heap of history. Just try to make that happen here in the USA. They(put your jew infested group/misguided dummy liberal white group here) have to contend with the US Constitution here. It will be a battle. No matter, no one will be taking my arms without a fight or death. Count on it!
It would take a thousand years for the Marines or any other military outfit to drive down every street in amerika and collect guns. Not gonna happen. They don't have the manpower. Anyway the big arsenals are in rural locations that would take 1 day apiece to find and disarm. That is not practical. The govt would have to depend on the people disarming themselves by bringing the guns to them. The amount of civil disobedience for this would be off the charts. First of all people are too lazy. Secondly it is easy enough to dig a hole and bury them until needed. And there is a lot of land in this country to dig holes.
This could never be done politically, hell the gun lobby is so strong now that not even a commie like obummer dares propose even basic restrictions. So it would only happen under some kind of marshall law or national emeregency, both conditions that would make it even more necessary to have a firearm, and would be keeping the govt troops occupied trying to control basic services.
The freakin Marines can't even disarm the tiny population of Afghanistan how are they going to to it to 330 million people?
I agree that most people who preach the "cold dead hands" BS are really pussies and won't do nothing, but the point is that it will never come down to some GI at your door demanding your guns.
Anyway the govt already gets nearly everything it asks for from a pliant population. Why would they worry about guns? That's a UN agenda because the tin hat dictators that make up most of the member nations of that organization don't have the mental control of their population like the USGov has here.
Anyway the UN treaty died. They couldn't even get it out of their own pro-gun grabber committee, how could they expect better in the US?
I agree with a lot of what you're saying, Don, but it might be a lot easier here than it was in Russia. The Russian people weren't fattened up and dumbed down and they never really believed the government propaganda. OK, so even if most gun owners aren't as dumbed down and homosexualized as the general population, most of them still wave the (made in China) US flag and believe the crap that comes out of their tv set and talk radio zio-talking heads, and even those that don't probably have tv-watching neighbors who would be more than eager to turn them in.
I'm cynical and pessimistic, but unfortunately I'm also usually right. They want to disarm the American people. They are also foaming at the mouth to start more and bigger wars. OK, so either they do a new and improved 911 false flag terror attack, or their longed for war against Iran (and possibly China and Russia in the bargain) doesn't go so well - like their entire sixth fleet gets sunk by Sunburn missiles - and then Soetoro-Obama gets assassinated (that's what I thought they stuck that Kenyan in there for in the first place) and then the negroes riot all over the place, and then martial law/Patriot Act X - you must turn in all your weapons and ammo or else - say they don't do the death penalty thing like their USSR cousins did - 20 years in the new giant dungeon-torture chambers with no possibility of parole.
OK, so they don't know about your unregistered guns buried out back - but what good will that do against a carjacker or home invaders? - plus all their new gun detection technology, like The Son of the Devil's nude cancer causing airport x-ray machines, now starting to be deployed all over the place.
Yes, they disarmed the Brits and Scotts and the rough and ready Aussies and the battle hardened Russians, no problem at all, and they've already practiced doing it here too, after Katrina when honest people needed their guns the most they just took them away.
Fattened up dumbed down conformist Americans aren't Afghans, who have been fighting, and beating, foreign invaders forever. They don't call Afghanistan "the graveyard of empires" for nothing. Please see my above post and the article I linked to.
this isn't exactly Los Angeles, but it's from just down the road in Anaheim ... and it happened on July 28, 2012 (less than a week ago) in response to approximately 50 protestors ...
"On the militarization of the Police"
Police are now not only now militarized but they are zionised - and I could tell you plenty about that from personal experience. The ADL and its various clones has been infiltrating all police departments, including the most local ones, for decades. The federal agencies are the worst. The CIA and FBI is almost one and the same as the Mossad.
What's going on in Anaheim? I haven't been following it. Isn't it just the junior bolsheviks inciting the Mexicans to riot?
I'm cynical and pessimistic, but unfortunately I'm also usually right. .
I'm cynical and pessimistic too, but perhaps more realistic.
What was it you were right about? I don't remember anything yet ;)
They want to disarm the American people. They are also foaming at the mouth to start more and bigger wars. OK, so either they do a new and improved 911 false flag terror attack, or their longed for war against Iran (and possibly China and Russia in the bargain) doesn't go so well - like their entire sixth fleet gets sunk by Sunburn missiles - and then Soetoro-Obama gets assassinated (that's what I thought they stuck that Kenyan in there for in the first place) and then the negroes riot all over the place, and then martial law/Patriot Act X - you must turn in all your weapons and ammo or else - say they don't do the death penalty thing like their USSR cousins did - 20 years in the new giant dungeon-torture chambers with no possibility of parole.
With rioting negroes all over the place they are not going to have the manpower or the time to go door to door and grab guns. Not practical at all. Logistically impossible.
OK, so they don't know about your unregistered guns buried out back - but what good will that do against a carjacker or home invaders? - plus all their new gun detection technology, like The Son of the Devil's nude cancer causing airport x-ray machines, now starting to be deployed all over the place.
Disarming Brits and Scots and the (laughably) rough and ready Aussies was as easy as asking them politely to bring the guns to the local police office. Which they did. Americans will not do that. No way. It would be too much of a loss of money for people that have expensive gun collections, big arsenals, family heirlooms. That will-not-happen.
if the streets are afllame and the tanks are rolling it is even less likely to happen. Americans will not turn in their guns voluntarily, and in an emergency situation it will be even more logistically impossible for the govt to go out and get them. Perhaps a slow erosion of gun rights, halting new sales, banning ammo, and etc. would have an effect in 50 years but that is not the scenario you are discussing.
I don't think the PTB want riots, they want profits. Rioting in the streets does nothing for them and they are getting rich and fat right now. So why rock the boat? If the SHTF it will not be the ideal scenario for anyone who is a major player in world politics and power. Why do they care if you have your hunting rifle and glock when they are living like kings with billions of dollars to live on? That just doesn't make sense. Are they in any risk what so ever of amerikans rising up to seize power from them? Of course not, so why would they risk pushing people over the edge?
The last time I was wrong about anything was when I was five years old and my mother says, don't throw that heavy wooden snoopy toy across the room because you might hit your little brother, and even that was controversial, because he started it.
"if the streets are afllame and the tanks are rolling it is even less likely to happen. Americans will not turn in their guns voluntarily, and in an emergency situation it will be even more logistically impossible for the govt to go out and get them."
What about Katrina? It didn't even take militarized police in swat teams and armored trucks. Just the local coppers going around disarming the honest people who only wanted to protect themselves in the post-Katrina anarchy - and most of the black depredations of those days have now been completely memory holed.
Somewhere around 1995, I was talking with a group of older men about the recent increase in gun control. I briefly mentioned the idea of burying guns to avoid them being confiscated to one of the men. He completely flew off the handle, got really loud and mockingly asked " what good is a buried gun?" My reply was that once the authorities came around and saw that I had nothing, I would dig them up and put them back where they had been previously. He acted as though I had never responded to his question and asked the same one again. I repeated my answer and told him that nobody I knew of in that area use guns on a constant basis and that they would only be buried temporarily. All that response got me was the same question being asked again, once again as if I had said nothing. At that point I realized he was most likely an idiot and I walked away.
I agree with jaxvid that there's no need to openly attempt to disarm the American people when the PTB have gotten everything they've wanted and more through other means. The U.S. has already been conquered from within ideologically and demographically. Letting Americans keep their pistols and rifles is no big deal; comparatively they're now about as effective as the rocks the Palestinians throw at Israeli tanks. The technology the government has is fearsome; all it would take is a few demonstrations of it against some American rebels, an updated version of the extermination of the Branch Davidians in 1993, to cow all but the survivalists in the middle of nowhere into submission.
The system gives the impression of being omnipotent and omnipresent, but it's true that it can only be so many places at any given time. The only thing that might be effective would be prolonged and widespread guerrilla resistance such as targeted assassinations of elites, blowing up key access roads, targeting the grid, etc., but I don't see it happening here. Americans are too fat and dumb, and utterly fractured when it comes to understanding what's actually going on and why.
