First of all, I'd like to take a moment here and recognize White Lightning. He has been saying for years that the Jamaicans are dirty, they have found ways to beat testing, and there's no way so many world class sprinters with video game times can come from a small, impoverished island in such a short time (last 10 years or so). Now that they are getting busted left and right, you must feel totally vindicated! You have been right all along.
I do agree with the earlier comment that Bolt will be protected. There's too much riding on him not being busted, but hey, you never know what might happen after he's done. I'm just glad that with these high profile, exclusively black cheaters, the myth of the "blacks of West African descent are faster than everyone else" is taking a major hit
I've always felt that 9.8 is about the human limit of how fast you can run the 100m. Anything below that can only be accomplished thru the use of PEDs. Doesn't Asafa Powell have the distinction of having the most sub 10s (or is it sub 9.8s) times in history? You have to throw it all out now. Same for most, if not all of Gay's times, the 4x100 record from the Olympics last year, etc, etc.
I'm just glad all these cheaters are getting caught now. I wonder which shoe will drop next.
And finally, what a bummer that CLM appears to be completely regressing, instead of taking advantage of this golden opportunity. With proper training and progress, he could've been a dual medal threat in both the 100/200 in Moscow and Rio. I'm still holding out hope for the 200m, but after his performance in the 100m at the French championships, I don't have much optimism for that one.
