Wisconsin has a freshman receiver who is incredibly talented. Troy is only 5'10" but he is very fast and elusive. He was named Wisconsin's Gatorade player of the year and I expect him to play early and often. Wisconsin might also get minimal playing time from redshirt freshman rb Mark Saari. Time will tell.
