Travis Hafner 4 MVP?

I read a Jayson Stark article on ESPN.com that says Hafner must be considered for MVP after that monster 7 HR week last week. This guy has 32 HR, 106 RBI, and batting .305. Keep in mind these are his stats dispite missing almost a month to a concussion suffered by a Mark Burhele pich to the head. So just project these numbers out and how he has carried the Indians on his back and you just might have an MVP on your hands. He is really starting to pass David Ortiz as the best DH in the game and he's only 27 or 28.

What is the meaning of his nickname?

"Pronk" Hafner's nickname came from former Indians teammate and journeyman Bill Selby. Pronk is a combination of half Project half Donkey so PRO for project and NK for donkey. It was made up during Hafner's 1st season with the Tribe as he was still considered a prospect/project type before he was good.
