I wanted to start this thread about top young white players who are up-and comming.
I personally believe top talents usually come from places where kids play soccer spontaneously in the back-street or in the parking lots or similar. The more you "structure" kids play - the more you take out the fun, the creativity, the social aspect etc. Modern life in our multi-kulti metropolises has changed the way kids play in the last 20-30 years. Ever since we started to drive kids to "play dates", we started to fear kids are going to be kidnapped by some maniac or attacked by colored gangs and we introduced the tendency to organize every second of kids` lifes, we do not see white kids playing soccer spontaneously (as when I was a kid, decades ago). Still, there is a steady streem of new white champions emerging. Some of them will become (or already are) great players. Others will sink into obscurity. We can use this thread to put our favorite young players in the spotlight.

I will start with Belgian Eden Hazard (20) who plays for Lille, a natural "number 10". Videos like this put a lot of focus on goals and dribbling, but he is also a great passer/playmaker. Sorry for the annoying music:

I will continue with the German player Mario Goetze (19) from Borussia Dortmund (recently scored a great goal in the Germany-Austria game):

gotze is doing damage in the german bundesliga
i think germany will have great players in the future, they will be the best european team, with spain
they won't win world cups thought
i also wonder how far merkel (former milan ac young player) will go, he looks talented

i am more skeptical about hazard
mainly because he is of obscure origin, and is, like ribery, a potential muslim convert
i also don't like his family ect
more soccer-related, he plays in ligue 1, and it's difficult to spot a really good player in ligue 1, since the defences are so bad
he might be just another version of samir nasri, with more skills
we will see
other young white talents:

sergio canales:

he was a young promizing player in real madrid
he is now on loan to valencia, and he is really showing his talent

lucas piazon:

a brazilian of italian origin, very similar to kaka
maybe milan AC should think about him

other players:
oriol romeu, catalan middlefielder
he sould be an important player for barca in the future

ronald renato huth candia, paraguayan defender
paraguay will still have a great defence in the future thanks to players like him

also, i heard about torje, a young mumanian, but i never saw him play
he is compared to messi :icon_rolleyes: lol

Denmark's Christian Eriksen is highly rated. He's been called the new Michael Laudrup. He led Ajax to the Dutch title and was picked as the best young footballer in the Dutch league.

Here he is terrorizing England's overrated, overpaid team:

Luka Modrić is the Croatian midfield general. Relatively small-statured, but capable of riding heavy tackles and possesses a very good technique. He is one of the main reasons why Croatia may be able to challenge teams like England or Germany in the upcoming European Football Championship. Modrić is also strong from a mental standpoint and rarely loses his temper.

Mats Hummels is rated as one of the best German defenders. Physically imposing and strong in the air, he also has great positional sense. His partnership with Holger Badstuber in the Germany national team could be very promising. Hummels also strikes me as a good-natured player who really enjoys plying his trade.

Another talented Belgian lad is the winger Kevin de Bruyne: the boy is fast, and has great free-kicking, dribbling and passing skills. He's linked to a move to Chelsea

Here's a random compilation of white youngsters with potential.
Sorry for the idiotic music on some of these clips.

Gerard Deulofeu (17 - Spain - Catalunia - Barcelona, Forward):

Iker Muniain (19 - Spain - Basque - Athletic Bilbao, Forward):

Kyriakos Papadopulos (20 - Greece - Schalke 04, Defender):

Marc Andre Ter Stegen (Germany - 19 - Borussia Monchengladbach, Goalkeeper):

Julian Draxler (Germany - 18 - Schalke 04, Midfield):

Moritz Leitner (Germany - 19 - Borussia Dortmund, Midfield):

Phil Jones (England - 19 - Manchester United, Defender):

As an aside, nice to see the Gazprom sponsorship on Schalke 04 jerseys - a good example of German/Russian cooperation. I believe German/Russian cooperation is important for the future of Europe.

congratulations to germany for still producing so many talents
i'm not really surprised to see they have a good goalkeeper for the future

it's incredible how many germans have been mentionned here, and their country is FAR from being the all-white country it once was

spain also produce a lot of young talents
not all of them play for barca, they play in other clubs in spain, and it helps the league to be whiter
diego capel for example is a catalan (altought not born in catalunya) and he was in barcelona's youth team
i had never heard of gerard deulofeu, but he will be a (much) better version of pedro i think

about barcelona:
when asked if he will replace david villa since he will be injuried for the rest of the season, the president answered:
"Things are fine; we are very happy with how the whole team has done this year, and although Villa and [Ibrahim] Afellay are injured, we have a sports philosophy that when we need players, we look to the B team."

cuenca played these days because of this
every club should think like this (but ofcourse, barcelona is far from being perfect)

my video about giroud has been posted by this website (a website i had never heard of before)
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1006773-25-potential-breakout-players-in-2012/page/19

giroud is in the list of the 25 potential breakout players according to them
there are a lot of useless dark players in the list
but also phil jones, muniain, amongst others

alaba in the list :icon_rolleyes:
128668_huge.jpg

that's the first time i see a "man" who is half asian - half black
a true austrian :icon_rolleyes:
like balotelli, they talk about him only because he is austrian and black

also featured in the list, the brazilian rodrigo, black (part black) , who might be spain's colored player for the euro 2012

John Guidetti from Sweden (19 years old), plays forward for Feyenord, on loan from Manchester City. He also plays for the Swedish national team.

The guy actually has a pretty interesting playing history. His parents were some of these do-gooders who go to Africa to save poor Africans from themselves. So little John Guidetti actually learned how to play football in Africa and got tough playing against Negroes, even playing street football against them. Here is a photo of him in the football school in Kenya. I wouldn't be surprised if he actually likes these people... I think he even financed building training camps for kids in Africa or some such stuff... Kids are impressionable, and with parents like these, one can expect everything.

Anyway, spot the kid who will one day play in Premier League and for a major European national team:

This picture that leaves me with a feeling of incredible loneliness. Is this how our grandchildren's teams will look like?

It already looks like the NBA and NFL.

I wouldn't be surprised if the US and the Netherlands only had 20% white people in 100 years. The UK might be a little better if they get a hold of immigration.

add a few arabs, and you have the typical french club:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W25EN8AjPIU

(i didn't really understand what this commercial was about, but it shows laurent blanc, france's coach, searching for talent
when you see this, you understand that having more than 50% whites in the team is really impressive)

a few young players from south america, who are becoming important in their local clubs:

rodrigo caio (coquette russo) :
rodrigo-caio-spfc.jpg

he is a defensive middle fielder from sao paulo, he is 18
he allowed his team (spfc) to beat santos by neutralizing neymar yesterday (unfortunately he received a red card )

12078225.jpeg

alvaro ampuero : peruvian left back and left middlefielder, 19
he is compared to juan manuel vargas, one of the best players in the world according to me, but vargas is amerindian, and ampuero is white

sebastian cristoforo : uruguayan middlefielder from penarol, 18
he is seen as one of the biggest upcoming talents in uruguay
i'm guessing that he is of italian descent from his name

yes it's in france, paris suburbs (the city is named "sevran")
note that all the non-blacks are arabs

i'm going to repost something i already put in the "happy hour" section:
carteu.jpg

information about black newborns in france
as you may know, racial stats are forbidden in france

but on this map , in green, you have the % of new-born in 2007 that had a black ancestor (it is the map showing how many babies have a risk to get Sickle-cell disease, and only blacks have a high risk of having this disease)

in france, this specifically african desease became the most frequent genetic desease

each french region has a %age of black newborns, in green:
you can see that paris (suburbs included) has already more black newborns than arabs-whites-asians

and in the rest of france, there are less blacks, but more arabs (especially in my region, the south-east)

in france, excluding the islands like reunion, guadelupe .... 28.5 % of the newborns are black (or were black, in 2007)

The French 16 year-old Neal Maupay is already playing top-flight football with Ligue 1's OGC Nice. He has made 4 goals and 2 assists in mostly substitute appearances. He is of Argentine descent by his mother and presumably his father is French. He's definitely one to watch.
