I don't know the details but between the IRS and Tony Gwynn I'd side with Gwynn. The IRS is a criminal racket that takes money in for a crime syndicate named govt of USA.

I also don't think this is typical negro afalete financial behaviour. It's not like Gwynn blew the money on coke and whores. He probably got fleeced by a jew agent who "invested" money for him and didnt follow one of the incomprehensible IRS rules properly.

Exactly. The Internal Robbery Service is unConstitutional (a collection agency for the private Fed), but they're like the mob....don't pay up and you'll pay dearly. :sad:

I still say this is just TNB. Black celebs think they're entitled so they don't think rules apply to them.

Any human that had made as much money as Gwynn would know enough to hire an accountant to take care of this or just simply write a check when you get a letter from the IRS.

This is a common thing among blacks, just like not tipping at restaurants.

But as Tom Iron often writes, all blacks seemingly screw up eventually no matter how big a public figure they become. Gwynn has never struck me as an idiot, but neither is he a rocket scientist. What always troubled me about Gwynn was his huge boiler that he had after a few years in the league and thinking that it didn't affect his ability to play the game at an elite level in the majors. He was a guy who was fast and athletic when he broke in with the Padres and shortly there after became a station to station type runner. It's not like the Padres medical staff didn't tell Gywnn to lose 20+ lbs. So if he can't do that how is going to manage his money...
