Did anyone happen to catch this fight? Honestly, it went better than I would have thought. I am extremely impressed with Thor’s dedication and work ethic to slim down and become a boxer. He has likely added years to his life by losing all the weight.

Eddie Hall, for all his bluster, was thoroughly beaten and would have been knocked out if Thor had a killer instinct.

Yeah, was happy to see Thor win. He was gentleman and demonstrated good sportsmanship whereas Eddie was a jerk throughout the whole process.

Thor has basic boxing ability. He could lose another 50 pounds or so and be a diamond in the rough prospect or he could go down the Jake Paul celebrity boxing route. One problem for him is he is so damn large joke celebrity retired athletes would be at an enormous size disadvantage. Frank Gore looked like a squashed down cube when he fought his celebrity bout against Thor he would be like a midget wrestler.

As for Eddie he needs to drop another 75 pounds and learn basic boxing 101 before his true abilities can be assessed.

It was a surprisingly entertaining fight, Thor boxed with discipline and Eddie played the wild man all night. Like out of a movie. Good bombs were landed from both. I feel Eddie could have won, had He fooled around less and fought more technically. Thor deserved the W imo.
