The man's name is Adam M. Smith and he originally posted this video himself. He was the CFO of Vante, which manufactures catheters, as well as a lecturer at the Eller School of Management at the University of Arizona.

Problem is the damn video boomeranged on him and he is now out of his CEO job (though I'll bet UA will keep him).

Moreover, take note of the girl at the window. Smith could learn something from her.

Delivering a hate filled lecture to a low level employee of a company that might not even share the owner's belief system.
